A satellite positioning method, a satellite pseudorange calculation apparatus and a satellite pseudorange calculation method thereof are provided. The satellite pseudorange calculation apparatus is used for calculating a pseudorange between a satellite and a satellite positioning receiving device, wherein the pseudorange includes an integer code value and a fractional code value. The satellite pseudorange calculation apparatus comprises a receiver and a processor electrically connected with the receiver. The receiver is configured to receive a code phase from a satellite signal acquisition unit, and the processor is configured to calculate the fractional code value according to the code phase. The receiver is further configured to define an approximation position and calculate the integer code value according to the approximate position and the fractional code value. The satellite positioning method is used for positioning the satellite positioning receiving device.

The EM node, which is electrically connected to a power supply loop, stores a layer number and a total layer number. When the power supply loop recovers from a power disconnect condition to a power supplying condition, the EM node obtains a waiting time according to a difference value between the layer number and the total layer number, and broadcasts a route message after the waiting time.

The electronic apparatus decrypts the key management message into the original key management message by the authorization key included in the second delegation deployment message. The electronic apparatus selects an application key according to the key identity and operates the application key based on the operation code.

The system includes media supply equipment, a scene description server, a scene server, and an end device. The media supply equipment supplies media data. The scene description server supplies scene description information of a scene segment corresponding to the media data, where each piece of scene description information records a playing content of the scene segment corresponding thereto. The scene server obtains the media data and a summary collect command supplied by the end device, and retrieves a plurality of partial scene segments from the media data according to an analysis result of the summary collect command and the playing content recorded by each piece of scene description information, so as to form media summary data and output the media summary data to the end device.

The system includes media supply equipment, a description generating server, a scene server, and an end device. The media supply equipment is used for supplying media data. Upon receiving the media data, the scene server supplies scene description data corresponding to the media data. The scene server acquires the media data and interval information supplied by the end device, and retrieves scene segment data from the media data according to a comparison result of the interval information and the scene description data, and outputs the scene segment data to the end device for playing.
