A liquid electrophotographic ink composition is disclosed herein. One example of the liquid electrophotographic ink composition includes a resin, a liquid carrier, a pigment chosen from titanium oxide, and a spacer chosen from barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, clay, magnesium silicate and mixtures thereof, in an amount from 5 to 15 wt. % of the total solids of the composition. A method for making a liquid electrophotographic ink composition is also disclosed herein.

In one aspect, the present disclosure relates to a liquid electrophotographic electrode ink composition comprising: a thermoplastic polymer comprising a copolymer of an olefin and acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid; an electroactive material comprising a lithium intercalation material; a charge adjuvant, and a liquid carrier.

The present disclosure discloses a liquid electrophotographic ink. The ink can include (A) a liquid vehicle; (B) at least one colorant; (C) a resin comprising an ethylene acid copolymer; (D) an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid C1-10 alkyl ester copolymer selected from the group consisting of an ethylene/methyl acrylate copolymer and an ethylene/butyl acrylate copolymer; and (E) a condensation product of urea and aldehyde.

Provided in one example herein is a liquid electrophotographic ink composition. The composition comprises: a carrier fluid comprising a polymer; ink particles each comprising a non-aqueous polymeric resin and pigment particles distributed in the polymeric resin; and a charge director. The pigment particles comprise a metal oxide and have a hydrophobic surface. The hydrophobic surface comprises at least one of the following: (i) nanoparticles attached to each of the pigment particles, the nanoparticles comprising at least one of an oxide, a phosphate, and a nitrate; (ii) a coating disposed over each of the pigment particles, the coating comprising at least one of an oxide, a phosphate, and a nitrate; and (iii) a coating disposed over each of the pigment particles, the coating comprising at least one of a polymer and an oligomer.

In some examples, the electrostatic ink composition comprises a carrier liquid, particles comprising a graft co-polymer comprising an acrylate polymer backbone onto which has been grafted polysiloxane side chains, wherein the particles are dispersed in the carrier liquid.
