A stack of pre-cut sheets and a dispenser for those sheets are disclosed. The sheets include different adhesion levels to afford individual dispensing of the sheets.

Sheet stack

A dispenser package including a stack of flexible sheets adhered together by layers of pressure sensitive adhesive with first and second ends of successive sheets in the stack adjacent; and an enclosure in which the stack of sheets is positioned having top wall portions with spaced opposed surfaces that define a wide slot. The first end portion of the uppermost sheet on the stack projects through the slot and rests against the adjacent first abutment surface. As that uppermost sheet is pulled through the slot, successive portions of it will peel away from the first underlying sheet in the stack until it contacts the second abutment surface, whereupon the first end portion of the first underlying sheet separates from the second underlying sheet, the first end portion of the first underlying sheet folds and moves through the slot with the second end portion of the uppermost sheet to leave, after the uppermost sheet is fully peeled from the first portion of the first underlying sheet, the first end portion of the first underlying sheet in a position projecting through the slot and resting against the second abutment surface in a position where it too may be grasped for manual removal in a similar manner.

A dispenser for flexible sheets from a stack of adhesive coated sheets disposed one on top of another. The dispenser comprises a first housing portion including a bottom wall, end walls, side walls and a first top wall portion; and a second housing portion comprising a second top wall portion mounted on the first housing portion for movement between a normal position where the top wall portions define an outlet opening for the sheets between adjacent ends, and an open position with the second top wall portion spaced from the first wall portion to afford inserting a stack of sheets into the cavity. The dispenser includes attaching means adapted for releasably attaching the dispenser to several different retaining means including a strap by which the dispenser can be secured on a user's hand or wrist; a support member adapted to be held between user's fingers; a weighted base; or a base adapted to be attached to a surface by various means such as adhesive, suction cups or magnetic material.

A stack of individual pre-cut sheets and a dispenser for those sheets are disclosed. The dispenser affords reciprocating movement of the stack within the dispenser to afford individual dispensing of the sheets. Optionally, the dispenser may be mounted on the wrist of a user to afford convenient dispensing.

Repositionable adhesives which display surprising latent permanent adhesive properties are described herein. These adhesives are comprised of acrylic pressure sensitive resins. These pressure-sensitive adhesive resins can be either solvent based or water based. In the case of a solvent-based adhesive system, paraffin wax is used, while in the water-based systems, latex emulsions of polyethylene are preferred.
