An arrangement for sealed leading of at least one conductor has a housing having a housing wall which surrounds a housing aperture, a closing part which closes the housing aperture, a seal arranged between the closing part and the housing wall which surrounds the housing aperture, at least one conductor track serving as at least one conductor which is pressure-tightly connected with a conductor track carrier formed by an elastic flexible carrier film, the conductor track carrier being routed between the housing and the closing part, the at least one conductor being insulated from outside and being in close contact with the seal in a closing position of the closing part, the closing part being held to the seal by a closing force, a part of the conductor track carrier having an elastic flexible extension which protrudes within the housing, an electrical component which is movably arranged within the housing, the extension being bent for contacting the at least one conductor track thereon on at an end of the extension directly to the electric component thereby fixing the end of the extension to the electric component which is movably arranged within the housing, so that the end of the extension follows each movement of the electric component.

A current measuring module for a starter device of an internal combustion engine has a measuring device which measures a starter current of a starter motor, a soft-iron core which at least partly surrounds a conductor carrying a starter current and carries a magnetic field sensor, and control electronics controlled by the magnetic field sensor and generating a control signal for switching off the starter motor when a switch-off current of the starter motor is reached.

Current measurement module for an internal combustion engine starter device

An arrangement includes a supporting plate, at least one substrate applied thereon for electrical and/or electronic components and a plug-in part. The plug-in part includes a plurality of connector pins which are embedded in insulating material, whose first ends are provided for the connection to external plug-in devices and whose second ends are electrically connected to the substrate via bonding wires. In order to reduce the dimensions of the raster of the connector pins and to achieve a small, compact design of the arrangement, the individual connector pins are manufactured as stamped-out parts whose second ends, in each case, have end faces manufactured in the stamping process and running roughly parallel to the substrate, and the bonding wires are welded directly to the stamped-out end faces of the connector pins. In addition, there is a method for manufacturing the arrangement.

Switching and controlling electrical device for a motor vehicle

In a multipole plastic connector housing, the capacitors used for interference-suppression are arranged so positionally secured that they do not change their position when the connector housing is injection molded. The capacitors are electroconductively connected to contact insertion parts, and the capacitors and the contact insertion parts are inserted as preassembled parts into a clip part, which is inserted into an injection mold and is subsequently embedded at the same time when the connector housing is injection molded. The connector housing is intended for use in a transistor ignition system for motor vehicles.

In a control device (11), the strip conductors (29) are applied to the interior wall (28) of the housing (15), consisting of plastic, with integrated plugs (16) with the aid of novel deposition processes. In this case the laser-assisted deposition process or the Ivonding.RTM. process can be used in a particularly advantageous manner. It is possible by means of these types of manufacture to dispose the plug connectors (24) in a simple manner in a through-bore (23) in the housing (15) and to connect them directly with the strip conductors (29) on the interior wall (28). Bonded connections (31) for connecting hybrid circuits (13), for example, can be attached in a simple manner at the other end of the strip conductors (29). Because of this, it is possible to automate the manufacturing process to a large degree and to make it inexpensive.

Electrical control device with metal-coated plastic housing

The holder (1) for an electronic component (20), especially a hybrid module, is preferably a unitary plastic element having an elongated base plate (2) formed with openings (14) therein to permit insertion of terminal pins or lugs (21) projecting from the component therethrough. Two holder arms (30) project from the base plate, the holder arms having module support portions (3) and oppositely projecting posts (4). The posts fit into receiving openings (26, 27) of a printed circuit board, which receiving openings having a spacing (S) which is greater than the distance (D) between the posts so that, upon insertion of the posts in the openings the arms (30) will tilt towards each other, thus clamping a module, typically in card or board form, between the module support (3) of the arms. The holder can also form a transport holder for the module, by forming, for example, in the module a notch spaced from the upper edge, and engaging the notch (22) with a projecting rim (9) formed on the upper ends of the support portions (3) of the arms, the notch being so spaced that the terminal lugs or pins (21) then just fit into the openings (14) in the base plate, thereby protecting the pins against damage.
