A MEMS microphone module includes a MEMS microphone, a modulator connected downstream of the MEMS microphone, and an interference compensation circuit to apply an interference compensation signal to an input of the modulator, the interference compensation signal being opposed to a low-frequency signal interference present at the input of the modulator or a block connected upstream of the input of the modulator.

MEMS microphone module

A microphone module includes a first MEMS microphone and a second MEMS microphone, wherein the first MEMS microphone includes a first modulator, and wherein the second MEMS microphone includes a second modulator. For the purpose of noise reduction, a defined offset can be applied to an input of the first modulator or of the second modulator. Alternatively, for the purpose of noise reduction, the first modulator and the second modulator can be operated with different modulation frequencies.

A high-ohmic circuit includes a plurality of high-ohmic branches coupled in parallel between a first node and a second node. Each of the plurality of high-ohmic branches includes a first plurality of series connected resistive elements forming a first series path from the first node to the second node, each of the first plurality of series connected resistive elements comprising a first diode-connected transistor. In accordance with an embodiment, a digital microphone interface circuit includes a delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) having an input configured to be coupled to a microphone, a digital lowpass filter coupled to an output of the delta-sigma ADC, and a digital sigma-delta modulator coupled to an output of the digital lowpass filter. The delta-sigma ADC, the digital lowpass filter, and the digital sigma-delta modulator are configured to operate at different sampling frequencies.

A method includes post processing a plurality of temperature sensors grouped into a plurality of sets. For each set of the plurality of sets, a post-processing system coupled to corresponding temperature sensors receives a plurality output signals generated by the corresponding temperature sensors. For each set of the plurality of sets, the post-processing system computes values representing proportional to absolute temperature (PTAT) voltages and values representing internal reference voltages based on output signals generated by the corresponding temperature sensors. For each set of the plurality of sets, the post-processing system computes an average of the values representing the PTAT voltages and relative PTAT voltage variation coefficients. For each set of the plurality of sets, the post-processing system computes values representing corrected PTAT voltages using the relative PTAT voltage variation coefficients.

According to an embodiment, a power compensation circuit is configured to be coupled to a power supply. The power compensation circuit includes a measurement circuit and a compensation circuit. The measurement circuit is configured to receive a power supply signal from the power supply, and determine a variation of the power supply signal.
