The present application describes liquid release of fluid, preferably water, onto the head or heads of a player or players of an electronic interactive game, which may incorporate virtual reality, mixed reality or augmented reality. In most embodiments, the gameset includes headgear that includes a liquid reservoir for dispensing a liquid on a player. The gameset may also include an electronic display to visually present imagery to the player, and a receiver that transmits a signal to a receiver coupled to the headgear to dispense liquid from the liquid reservoir onto a player.

Signal activated liquid release for virtual, mixed and augmented reality

A game that dispenses water onto a user is described, as well as methods of play and apparatuses for same. In some embodiments, water is dispensed from headgear after receiving a wireless transmission from a transmitter located on a gun, console or other device.

Signal beam activated liquid release game and activity

A device for creating partial cuts, such as transverse spiral cuts, into an elongated food product, such as hot dogs, frankfurters, and wieners, the device having an upper housing section with at least one top blade and a lower housing section with at least one bottom blade, wherein closing the top housing on top of the lower housing with the elongated food product inside allows the top blades and the bottom blades to partially cut through the elongated food product creating a helical groove pattern around the outer surface of the elongated food product while leaving an inner core intact. The device may also have guide channels to guide a skewer through the inner core for easy removal of the food product from the housing. The device can also be provided as a kit with skewers, modified tongs, and a heating unit to cook the food product in the housing.

Device and method for creating partial cuts in food products

A hand held remote controlled toy vehicle. The toy vehicle includes a motor that can be activated by a wireless signal. The motor is coupled to a drive wheel by a drive gear assembly. Activation of the motor turns the drive wheel and propels the vehicle. The drive gear assembly can be de-coupled from the drive wheel so that the toy vehicle can be manually propelled in a free-wheeling mode.

Remote signal responsive small vehicle with free wheeling feature

A toy system that can be used in a body of water. The system includes a plurality of toy accessories that can be placed in the water. Placement of a toy accessory into the water activates the accessory to generate a signal. The signal is received by a base station. The base station generates an output in response to the signal. By way of example, the base station can generate a speech pattern. Each toy accessory may provide a unique code to the base station. Each code may generate a different speech pattern.

Water ID technology toys and toy playsets

A toy device unit that includes a pair of stacked transparent plates coupled to a housing. A user can write images on each plate. Mounted to the housing is a first light source aligned with an edge of the first plate and a second light source aligned with an edge of the second plate. The unit has a switch that can be moved by a user to illuminate either the first plate or the second plate.

Edge animation multiple image display device

An apparatus that moves a jumping element. The apparatus includes a motorized hub that is attached to a housing. The hub can rotate a jumping element, such as a jump rope, about a horizontal axis and/or a vertical axis. The hub is connected to a motor. The jump rope is coupled to the hub by a crank arm. The crank arm automatically releases from the arm in response to a threshold force. The apparatus includes a deactivation element that deactivates the motor when the jumping element is released from the hub. The jump rope can be coupled to the hub by a strap that limits the movement of the rope when decoupled from the hub. Deactivating the motor terminates rotation of the hub to prevent further movement of the crank arm and rope.

Power unit for jumping rope

A wireless toy playset. The playset includes a small size vehicle that moves about a track. Movement of the vehicle is controlled by a wireless transmitter. At the discretion of a parent or end user the transmitter can either be structurally coupled to the track or physically separated from the track. By way of example, the transmitter may be docked into a docking station of the track. Structurally coupling the wireless transmitter to the track reduces the likelihood of separation, and possibly misplacement, of the transmitter from the playset. For example, when the playset is operated by a small child it may be desirable to structurally couple the wireless transmitter to the track to prevent the child from removing and losing the transmitter. When the child is older the transmitter may be removed from the track

Vehicle playset with remote control

A toy that emits a sound and/or emits light when an end user drinks a liquid through a straw. The toy includes a first electrode and a second electrode in fluid communication with an inner channel of the straw. The electrodes are connected to an indicator such as a light source or a sound generating device. When the end user drinks a liquid through the straw the liquid provides an electrical path between the electrodes. The liquid closes a circuit between the electrodes and activates the indicator. The present invention also includes a sound/light emitting toy which supports a piece of candy. The toy includes a first electrode that can be grasped by the end user and a second electrode that is in contact with the candy. The electrodes are connected to an indicator. By licking the candy the end user provides an electrical path between the electrodes which closes a circuit and activates the indicator.

Contact activated sound and light generating novelty food containers

A wireless toy playset. The playset includes a small size vehicle that moves about a track. Movement of the vehicle is controlled by a wireless transmitter. At the discretion of a parent or end user the transmitter can either be structurally coupled to the track or physically separated from the track. By way of example, the transmitter may be docked into a docking station of the track. Structurally coupling the wireless transmitter to the track reduces the likelihood of separation, and possibly misplacement, of the transmitter from the playset. For example, when the playset is operated by a small child it may be desirable to structurally couple the wireless transmitter to the track to prevent the child from removing and losing the transmitter. When the child is older the transmitter may be removed from the track.

A game set that includes first and second guns that can be activated. The second gun is not activated if the first gun is activated before the second gun.

Electronic toys that activate via a signal beam

A timer activated toy that has a &ldquo;run time&rdquo; which correlates to the time interval of a user input. The toy may include both a button which can be depressed for a time interval and a switch that can be switched to an on position. The toy may have a motor or electronic sound circuit that is activated when the switch is turned on and a counter that counts to a count value after the button is depressed. The motor is deactivated when the counter reaches the count value. The toy will thus be activated for an interval that corresponds to the time the button is depressed. This correlation simulates filling a &ldquo;gas tank&rdquo; of the toy.

Toys with timer-activated controllable operation time

A game set that allows a plurality of players to play a game of draw with water guns. The water guns are drawn from holsters that can be worn by the players of the game. The water gun that is drawn last is deactivated so that only the player who draws the water gun first can spray water.

Electronic water-emitting toys that activate via a signal beam

A hearing aid that automatically turns on when placed in an ear. In one embodiment, the hearing aid has a pair of electrodes that are coupled to a hearing circuit and a power source. Placing the electrodes in contact with an ear closes a circuit between the power source and the hearing circuit so that power is provided to the circuit. The circuit is opened and power is terminated from the hearing circuit when the hearing aid is removed from the ear. In another embodiment, the hearing aid includes a temperature sensor that is coupled to the hearing circuit and the power source. Power is provided to the hearing circuit when the hearing aid is placed within an ear and the temperature sensor senses the body temperature of the user. In yet another embodiment, the hearing aid includes a contact sensor that closes a circuit between the hearing circuit and the power source when the hearing aid is placed within an ear.
