Methods and systems for facilitating a program with participating merchants and consumers are described. In some embodiments, a method includes receiving a wish list of a user. The wish list may include items or services sold by merchants participating in the program. The wish list may be published to the merchants participating in the program. A location of the user may be determined, and an offer from one of the participating merchants may be received, where the offer is based on the location of the user. A total cost of the offer may be calculated by analyzing the offer. The user may be notified of the offer and the total cost.

Multi-needle threader

A multi-needle threader for use in weaving hair extensions. The threader has an 'L' shaped body for holding at least one spool of thread in proximity to a plurality of needles held in pin cushions. The needles and pin cushions are positioned on the threader such that the needles can be threaded in a sequence or order continuously one needle to another until all are pre-threaded for use and then the needles can be used in reverse order without unthreading any unused needles.

A system and method for generating and delivering an electronic form to a user. One embodiment of the disclosed system comprises a file management sub-system for receipt and management of at least one standard form in electronic format. The system also includes a user sub-system for selection of a desired form. In addition, the system includes a mapper sub-system for mapping each of the at least one standard forms into a form file identifying the graphical and/or textual elements of the standard form, at least one data field to placed on the form and an indication of where the at least one data field is to be placed based on the identified graphical and/or textual elements. Also, the system includes a delivery sub-system operably connected to the file management sub-system, the user sub-system and the mapping sub-system and capable delivering an electronic form comprising the desired form into which data retrieved from the user sub-system is inserted.

Independently adjustable ladder extensions for use with folding, step, or extension ladders includes at least one pair of adjustable support legs slidably disposed within the channels of the side rails and having apertures that align with through holes on the side rails so that the support legs can be slidably adjusted within the channels and then locked in the desired position for stabilizing and leveling the ladder on an uneven surface. Locking pins insert into the through holes of the side rails and through the apertures of the support legs for locking the support legs in the position, and the locking pins include a flap member for holding the locking pins in position. A traction foot is pivotally mounted to a base member located at the lower end of each leg to facilitate ladder stabilization on uneven surface, and each traction foot is independently rotatably adjustable on the base member in parallel or sideways orientation relative to the sidewall of the structure while an extension member terminating with an eave catch is slidably disposed within the upper end of each side rail for supporting the ladder against a pitched roof.

Independently adjustable ladder extensions for use with folding, step, or extension ladders includes at least one pair of ladder extensions with each ladder extension including an adjustable leg disposed within and encompassed by the lower end of the ladder side rail and having apertures that align with through holes of the side rail so that the leg can be slidably adjusted within the side rail and then locked in the desired position for stabilizing and leveling the ladder on an uneven surface. A locking pin inserts into the through holes of the side rail and through the apertures of the leg for locking the adjustable leg in the desired position, and the locking pin includes a flap member for holding the locking pin on the side rail. A traction foot is pivotally mounted to the bottom of each adjustable leg to facilitate the stabilization of the ladder on the uneven surface.
