A tray package unit outer packaging paper (), for packaging tray packing units (), to a method for packaging tray packing units () using such a tray package unit outer packaging paper (), to a method for producing same, and to use of an outer packaging material for packing a tray packaging unit (). The tray package unit outer packaging paper () has a first face () and a second face () and is made of at least one aqueous suspension () comprising a cellulose material () and optionally additives (). The first face () is compressed with a linear load of 80 kN/m to 500 kN/m. Additionally, the tray package unit outer packaging paper () has a wet tensile strength index, measured according to ISO 3781:2011, in the machine direction of at least 10 Nm/g auf.

Tray package unit outer packaging paper and method for producing same

A kraft paper having a pulp according to ISO 536 of between 60 g/mand 120 g/m, a density of between 680 kg/mand 720 kg/m, and a tensile strength index in the machine direction according to ISO 1924-3 of between 79 kNm/kg and 98 kNm/kg, the kraft paper optionally having a coating and/or an auxiliary element on at least one side. The kraft paper is made of a pulp having an average pulp fibre length of 2.2 mm to 2.7 mm with a minimum pulp content of at least 96% wt. %; a pore volume of the uncoated kraft paper is between 200 μl/g and 220 ml/g; in the thickness direction of the paper, there are regions of different porosities; and at least one region has pores with a pore diameter of less than or equal to 0.3 μm. The invention also relates to a paper sack.

Kraft paper and paper sack manufactured therefrom

Packaging paper consisting of an unbleached kraft paper with a kappa value according to ISO 302:2015 between 38 and 60, preferably between 40 and 58 as base paper, which is optionally coated on at least one side, wherein the kraft paper is made of at least 90% primary pulp, has a basis weight according to ISO 536:2019 between 60 g/mand 150 g/mand an air resistance according to ISO 5636-5:2013 (Gurley) between 5 and 30 seconds, wherein the base paper has an elongation at break in the machine direction according to ISO 1924-3:2005 between 2.5% and 8.5% and has a Bendtsen roughness according to ISO 8791-2:2013 between 70 ml/min and 600 ml/min, preferably between 150 ml/min to 550 ml/min, more preferably 200 ml/min to 500 ml/min, and process for its production.

Packing paper

A hot-extraction paper consisting substantially of cellulose and manufacturing assistants needed in cellulose and manufacturing assistants needs in cellulose production, such as pH modifiers based on acids and/or bases, the paper comprises exclusively cellulose having fibre lengths of at least 2.0 mm on length-weighted average, more particularly at least 2.5 mm on length-weighted average, and has isotropic extension properties which are substantially equal in machine and cross directions and amount to at least 7.5%, more particularly at least 8.5%.
