A method including receiving a request to access a meeting record from a user is provided. The meeting record may indicate at least one meeting participant, an audio/video recording and a presentation from one of the participants in the meeting. The method includes verifying an access privilege of the user for the meeting record, providing the meeting record to the user, for playback of a selected portion, and providing, in the meeting record, a selecting tool to the user, for playing the selected portion, wherein the selecting tool is configured to playback the selected portion for one of multiple participants in the meeting.

User access to meeting recordings

A method including receiving a request to access a meeting record from a user is provided. The meeting record includes an identification for at least one participant in a meeting, an audio recording for the at least one participant, a video recording for the at least one participant, and a presentation from one of the participants in the meeting. The method includes verifying an access privilege of the user for the meeting record, providing the meeting record to the user, for playback of a selected portion, and providing, in the meeting record, a selecting tool to the user, for playing the selected portion, wherein the selecting tool is configured to playback the selected portion for one of multiple participants in the meeting.

Interactive meeting recordings

Methods and systems for intelligently routing an incoming call are provided. An automatic call distribution system may include a call flow service that receives incoming calls, and a separate weighted-bid call distribution service. The call flow service can request a recommended recipient for each incoming call from the weighted-bid call distribution service. The weighted-bid call distribution service identifies a recommended recipient for each incoming call by generating a priority weight for that call, one or more relevance weights that indicate the relevance of one or more potential recipients to that call, and an availability weight for one or more potential recipients with high relevancy weights. The weighted-bid call distribution service identifies a recommended recipient by comparing a combination of the priority weight for the call and the relevancy weights for the high relevancy recipients to the availability weight for those recipients.

Systems and methods for routing incoming calls

A method for providing a meeting record to a meeting participant is provided. The method includes identifying a presence, in a meeting, of one participant and identifying a start of the meeting. The method also includes recording during the meeting, from the participant or from multiple participants, an audio, a video, and recording, from one of the participants in the meeting, a presentation. The method includes creating a meeting record with identifications of the participants in the meeting, the audio of the participant, the video of the participant, and the presentation from one of the participants in the meeting by forming a timeline file with a condensed transcript of highlights from the audio and the video, and providing the meeting record for a playback to a second participant in the meeting, upon request. A system and a non-transitory medium storing instructions to cause the system to perform the above method are also provided.

System for providing a meeting record for playback to participants in an online meeting

A retention management system identifies, analyzes, and evaluates student information collected by the enterprise resource planning systems and learning management systems. The retention management system applies an algorithm to collected information and locates students that are struggling before they are lost to attrition. The retention management system also provides tools to allow personnel at the academic institution to communicate with students, implement plans to correct current problems with student, and to predict and prevent future problems.
