Another surgical cutting block includes a cutting platform including a positioning aperture formed on the cutting platform in which the positioning platform divides the cutting platform into first and second sides and the first side and/or the second side incudes a double cut guide formed thereon. Yet another surgical cutting block includes a cutting platform including a positioning aperture formed on the cutting platform in which the positioning platform divides the cutting platform into first and second sides and the first side and/or the second side includes a multi-cut guide formed thereon.
