A draw latch for securing a first closure panel with a second closure panel, having a base mounted to one of the closure panels, a cover member and a pivot member, the pivot member connecting said base with said cover member, there being a matingly provided keeper member which is mounted on the other closure panel to secure the cover for latching, the draw latch pivot member, base and cover being configured to facilitate installation of the pivot member thereto.

An adjustable hinge assembly for swingably joining hinging panel members together, where improved mounting capability is provided, and adjustability of a pin and the hinge components in multiple directions relative to the hinging panels and to each other is provided, where a base member is mounted to a first hinging member and a pin-carrying member is connected to the base, and a base member mounted to a second hinging member and maintains an adjustable pin-receiving component thereon. Stops are provided to regulate the pivot of the members over a predetermined range.

Adjustable hinge assembly

A latch assembly is mounted in an aperture formed in a first member for releaseably retaining the first member against a corresponding second member and in a latched position. The latch assembly includes a handle which is adapted for pivotal rotation, a shaft connected with the handle for movement corresponding with the pivotal rotation of the handle and a latching member on the shaft which is adapted to engage the second member in the latched position when the handle is pivoted to the closed position.

Swell latch assembly

A latch assembly is mounted in an aperture formed in a first member for releasably retaining the first member against a corresponding second member and in a latched position. The latch assembly includes a handle which is adapted for pivotal rotation. A shaft is included which is connected with the handle. The handle is adapted to facilitate axial movement of the shaft as the handle is pivotally rotated between open and closed positions. A latch is provided on the shaft which is adapted for axial movement corresponding with movement of the shaft. The latch is adapted to releasably retain the second member in engagement with the first member when the handle is in its closed position. A retaining member is also included in connection with the shaft which is adapted for securing the latch in its mounted position on the shaft. The handle also includes at least one member engaging the shaft which in operation is adapted to provide sufficient drag thereon in order to prevent pivotal rotation of the shaft relative to the handle upon mounting in the aperture in the first member.

A swell latch assembly is mounted in an aperture formed in a first member for releasably retaining the first member against a corresponding second member and in a latched position. The swell latch assembly includes a handle which is adapted for pivotal rotation. A shaft is included comprising a unitary member which is connected with the handle. The handle is adapted to facilitate axial movement of the shaft as the handle is pivotally rotated between open and closed positions. A bushing is provided on the shaft which is adapted for axial movement corresponding with movement of the shaft. The bushing is adapted to releasably retain the second member in engagement with the first member when the handle is in its closed position. A retaining member is also included in connection with the shaft which is adapted for securing the bushing in its mounted position on the shaft.
