Saddle-type vehicle

This saddle-riding type vehicle includes: a transmission that includes a clutch operated by an operation of a slave cylinder; an oil pressure actuator that includes a master cylinder which generates an oil pressure on an operation oil; an oil pressure valve unit that controls transmission of the oil pressure generated by the master cylinder to the slave cylinder; a master-side connection pipe arrangement that connects the master cylinder to the oil pressure valve unit; and a slave-side connection pipe arrangement that connects the oil pressure valve unit to the slave cylinder, wherein the slave cylinder and the oil pressure valve unit are arranged on one side part in a vehicle width direction of the saddle-riding type vehicle, and the oil pressure actuator is arranged on another side part in the vehicle width direction of the saddle-riding type vehicle.

A hydraulic valve unit includes a main oil passage configured to bring a side of a master cylinder and a side of a slave cylinder to communicate with each other, and a bypass oil passage configured to bypass a valve mechanism of the main oil passage, wherein the main oil passage and a main section of the bypass oil passage are disposed to be arranged with respective axes aligned with each other, and the main section of the bypass oil passage is disposed at the same height as the main oil passage or at a position higher than that of the main oil passage in a state in which a valve body is attached at a predetermined attachment position.

Hydraulic valve unit, saddle-type vehicle

A hydraulic system includes a normally open-type hydraulic clutch which connects or disconnects a power transmission line between an engine and a wheel, an actuator which supplies a hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic clutch, an oil flow path which connects the actuator to the hydraulic clutch, a valve member which is provided on the oil flow path and which enables to switch between an open state where the oil flow path communicates and a closed state where the oil flow path closes, a hydraulic pressure sensor which is provided on the oil flow path, and a bypass flow path which bypasses the valve member. A one-way valve, which permits a supply of a hydraulic pressure from an actuator side to a hydraulic clutch side and which shuts off a supply of a hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic clutch side to the actuator side, is provided on the bypass flow path.

Hydraulic system

A shifting operation detecting apparatus includes a gearbox and a shift change apparatus. The shift change apparatus includes a shifting operation unit, a shifting operation receiving section, a swing lever and a connecting member. A shift operation detector is disposed between the swing lever in an outer shaft section of the shifting operation receiving section and a gearbox case to directly detect a pivoted state of the shifting operation receiving section, and the connecting member is connected to the swing lever from the gearbox case side.

Shifting operation detecting apparatus

This clutch control device includes a clutch device, a clutch actuator, a hydraulic pressure circuit device, hydraulic pressure sensors, a control device, and a control valve for controlling a flow of a working fluid between the clutch device and the clutch actuator. The hydraulic pressure sensors include an upstream side hydraulic pressure sensor and a downstream side hydraulic pressure sensor. The control device is configured to perform feedback control of the clutch actuator using hydraulic pressure detection information of a side on which hydraulic pressure fluctuation is small, among the hydraulic pressure detection information of each of the upstream side hydraulic pressure sensor and the downstream side hydraulic pressure sensor, in the case of driving the clutch actuator toward a pressurization side and in the case of driving the clutch actuator to a decompression side.

Clutch control device

This clutch actuator includes a hydraulic pressure generating mechanism () configured to operate a clutch () to provide a connected state or a disconnected state, a motor () configured to generate a rotary driving force for driving the hydraulic pressure generating mechanism () to a driving shaft (), a transmission mechanism () configured to transmit the rotary driving force generated in the driving shaft () of the motor () to a driven member () parallel to the driving shaft () in an axial direction and disposed coaxially with a cylinder main body (), and a conversion mechanism () configured to convert the rotary driving force transmitted to the driven member () into a reciprocal driving force of a piston () in a stroke direction, wherein the hydraulic pressure generating mechanism (), the motor (), the transmission mechanism () and the conversion mechanism () are integrated as a unit.

Clutch actuator

To downsize the periphery of reaction force applying device of a clutch controller, and set operation load more freely, in a clutch control system that links the clutch controller and a clutch device electrically, an operation reaction force is applied to a clutch lever, from reaction force applying device that uses a spring as a reaction force generation source; the reaction force applying device includes multiple reaction force generation cylinders arranged parallel to one another; and the clutch lever has an input/output arm, which extends toward an input/output part of each of the multiple reaction force generation cylinders from the vicinity of a lever support shaft, to allow transmission of operating force and reaction force between the clutch lever and the reaction force applying device.

Clutch control system

A vibration isolation structure of a power unit in which an internal combustion engine is provided with transmissions, including plural transmission gears and a power transmission shaft that pivotally supports the plural transmission gears, and torque dampers are provided between a pair of adjacent transmission gears and the power transmission shaft. The vibration isolation structure can suppress torque fluctuation itself accompanying gearshift and driving reaction force to small fluctuation, and reduce the size of the power unit.

The engine with a variable flow rate oil pump includes a subsidiary relief passage that extends from an oil passage-switching valve to a subsidiary oil pump, a main relief passage that extends from the oil passage-switching valve to the main oil pump separately from the subsidiary relief passage, and a check valve that is provided in the subsidiary discharge passage and cuts off the flow of oil from the main discharge passage side to the oil passage-switching valve side. The oil passage-switching valve has a main pressure-adjusting chamber for the main oil pump, a subsidiary pressure-adjusting chamber of for the subsidiary oil pump, and a spool valve that performs partitioning between the main pressure-adjusting chamber and the subsidiary pressure-adjusting chamber.

Engine with variable flow rate oil pump

In an engine having an oil pump wherein an oil filter is incorporated into the oil pump without allowing the oil pump to become large in size. An oil pump and a hydraulic line changeover valve including a spool valve are disposed so as to have axes extending in parallel with each other. The oil pump has a plate-shaped oil filter disposed at a discharge port thereof. The plate-shaped oil filter is curved arcuately along an outer periphery of a pump rotor as viewed from a pump axial direction.

A vehicle power output device for driving a first and second rotary electric machine in an efficient range in a wide driving region and for eliminating the need for a complicated mechanism and control. A planetary gear mechanism combines the rotational drive force of a first shaft rotationally driven by a first rotary electric machine and the rotational drive force of a second shaft rotationally driven by a second rotary electric machine and transmits the combined rotational drive force to a drive shaft with the rotational speed increased. The rotational drive force of the second shaft in the forward direction is transmitted to the planetary gear mechanism via a first one-way clutch unit and a first power transmitting mechanism. The rotational drive force of the second shaft in the opposite direction is transmitted to the drive shaft via a second one-way clutch unit and a second power transmitting mechanism.

Vehicle power output device

An electrically-operated two wheeled vehicle provided with a swing unit which pivotally supports a drive wheel WR. The swing unit includes: a first rotary electric machine having a first rotor; a second rotary electric machine having a second rotor; and a planetary gear mechanism which combines a rotational drive force of the first and second rotors to each other and transmits a product of rotational drive forces to a drive wheel WR in a state where a rotational speed is increased. The first and second rotary electric machines are arranged parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle such that an axis Axof the second rotor is positioned in front of an axis Axof the first rotor along the vehicle body. This arrangement prevents a height position of a lower surface of a swing unit from becoming excessively low.
