A magnetic sensor comprising: an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC); an insulating protective film formed on a surface of the ASIC; a substrate film formed on the insulating protective film; and a magnetic field detection element formed on the substrate film, the magnetic field detection element including two magnetic wires on the substrate film, a detection coil surrounding the two magnetic wires, two electrodes coupled to the two magnetic wires for wire energization, and two electrodes coupled to the coil for coil voltage detection.

Ultra-small and high-sensitivity magnetic sensor

In a GSR sensor element, tm and ti of rising pulse detection are close, and the induced voltage is significantly high at tm. Thus, a variation due to the magnetic field cannot be ignored. To remove an induced voltage from an output voltage and achieve a GSR sensor with a rising pulse detection system. On the basis of the knowledge that the polarity of an induced voltage becomes opposite relative to a direction of the current flowing in a magnetic wire, if one coil includes therein two magnetic wires in which currents of opposite polarities flow, an induced current is cancelled, allowing for the detection of a voltage in proportion to a magnetic field.

GSR sensor element

A dental attachment includes a magnet element delivering a magnetic attraction force, a yoke made of a soft magnetic material and having a recess for housing the magnet element, and a disc consisting of the soft magnetic material and joined to the yoke so as to close the opening of the recess with the magnet element housed in the recess. The yoke has an almost disc shape and has collars protruding radially outwardly from the outer peripheral surface thereof. The collars are formed to be separated in at least two locations in a substantially peripheral direction, and non-protruding portions having radially outward projection amounts of zero or up to 50% of the maximum projection amount at the collars are provided between respective collars.

Soft magnetic stainless steel having good cold forgeability comprising, by weight, less than 0.015% of C, less than 0.20% of Si, less than 0.35% of Mn, less than 0.010% of S, 8 to 13% of Cr, less than 0.020% of Al, less than 0.0070% of O, less than 0.0100% of N and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, with a proviso that C+N content is less than 0.020%. The stainless steel can be incorporated additionally at least one of 0.03 to 0.20% of Ti, 0.002 to 0.02% of Ca, less than 0.30% of Bi, less than 0.040% of Se, 0.002% to 0.040% of Te, 0.02 to 0.15% of Zr, less than 2.5% of Mo, less than 0.50% of Cu, less than 0.50% of Ni, less than 0.20% of Nb and less than 0.20% of V. The stainless steel is suitable as magnetic core materials for use in electronic fuel injection devices, electromagnetic valves, magnetic sensors, etc.

Soft magnetic stainless steel having good cold forgeability

A high-quality bearing steel contains 0.70 to 1.10% by weight of C, 0.15 to 1.60% by weight of Si, 0.15 to 1.15% by weight of Mn, 0.010% by weight or less of P, 0.002% by weight or less of S, 0.50 to 1.60% by weight of Cr, 0.015% by weight or less of Al, 0.0050% by weight or less of N, 0.0006% by weight or less of O, 0.0015% by weight or less of Ti, and the remainder of Fe together with impurities. The steel can further contain 0.05 to 0.50% by weight of Mo or a member or members selected from a group consisting of 0.05 to 0.30% by weight of V and 0.05 to 0.30% by weight of Nb. The bearing steel has an excellent durability life and cold workability.

Method of purifying a bearing steel

A high-quality bearing steel contains 0.70 to 1.10% by weight of C, 0.15 to 1.60% by weight of Si, 0.15 to 1.15% by weight of Mn, 0.010% by weight or less of P, 0.002% by weight or less of S, 0.50 to 1.60% by weight of Cr, 0.015% by weight or less of Al, 0.0050% by weight or less of N, 0.0006% by weight or less of O, 0.0015% by weight or less of Ti, and the remainder of Fe together with impurities. The steel can further contain 0.05 to 0.50% by weight of Mo or a member or members selected from a group consisting of 0.05 to 0.30% by weight of V and 0.05 to 0.30% by weight of Nb. the bearing steel has an excellent durability life and cold workability.
