An illumination deviceincludes a reel, a motor, a roulette wheel, a motor, and LED tapesand. The reelhas a substantially cylindrical shape, rotates around a rotary shaft, and has a substantially circular first side surface, a second side surface that is disposed opposite the first side surface, and an outer peripheral surface that connects the first side surface and the second side surface. The motorrotates the reelaround a substantially cylindrical center shaft. The roulette wheelis provided inside the reelwhen viewed from a side of the first side surface, and has a roulette graphics formed thereon. The motorrotates the roulette wheelaround the center thereof. The LED tapesandare provided to the reeland produce effects with light.

An illumination deviceincludes a reel, a roulette wheel, a motor, an LED tape, a light guide plate, and a control unit. The roulette wheelis provided to the reeland has first graphics formed thereon. The center of rotation of the motoris the center of the roulette wheel. The LED tapeis provided on the front side of the roulette wheeland emits light. The light guide plateis provided on the front side of the roulette wheel, and the light emitted from the LED tapeis incident thereon. The control unitcontrols the LED tapeso as to switch between a display produced by the light guide plateand a display of the first graphics on the roulette wheelby lighting or not lighting the incident surface of the light guide plate, according to the state of play on a gaming machine

A switch unit is provided, comprising: a display part configured to display an image in at least one input area; an input part provided above the display part, the input part comprising a contact, wherein when the input part is pressed toward the at least one input area displayed on the display part, the contact corresponding to the input area is conducted; and an operating button configured to cause conduction of the contact of the input part, the contact corresponding to the input area, by a press-down operation toward the input area of the display part, wherein the operating button is made of a translucent rectangular parallelepiped member, and at least one side wall of the translucent rectangular parallelepiped member is formed into an inclined surface widening outwardly toward bottom of the operating button.
