A vehicular wiring structure includes a panel and a printed wiring part. The printed wiring part is arranged such that in a flat face of the panel, a conductive member is printed on the flat face directly. The printed wiring part is arranged such that in a non-flat face of the panel, a film on which a conductive member is printed is pasted to the non-flat face.

A fusible link () includes a fuse element () provided with a fusible conductor part () which has a melting part () provided between parallel inner side edges () of a first terminal part () and a second planar terminal part (). The fusible link () also includes an insulative housing (), having a melting part accommodating space () to accommodate the melting part () therein, which is mounted to a front surface side of the fuse element () to cover the inner side edges () of the first planar terminal part () and the second planar terminal part () and the fusible conductor part ().

In a blade-type fuse () according to the present invention one of an upper casing () and a lower casing () includes a fixing post (K), the other casing includes a through-hole (K) through which the fixing post (K) is passed, and also the flat terminal portion () includes a through-hole (K) through which the fixing post (K) is passed. The flat terminal portion () is formed bilaterally symmetrically about a vertical line passing through a center of the blade-type fuse (), and vertically symmetrically about a horizontal line passing through the center of the blade-type fuse ().

Blade-type fuse

A wiring harness including a high-voltage conductive path having a shape holding function for holding a shape along an arrangement pathway. The high-voltage conductive path includes a positive electrode conductor, a first insulator extruded and arranged outside of the positive electrode conductor, a negative electrode arranged outside of the first insulator, a second insulator extruded and arranged outside of the negative electrode conductor, a shield member wrapped outside of the second insulator, first and second sheaths extruded and arranged outside of the shield member.

A vehicle power supply system is disclosed which comprises a collision detecting member for detecting a collision of the vehicle, a power line supplying electric power from a power source portion to a plurality of loads, a fuse connected to the power line so that the fuse is fused when over-current flows therein, and an over-current generating member for causing the over-current to flow in the fuse to fuse the fuse when the collision detecting member detects the collision of the vehicle.

Vehicle power supply system

The present invention provides a wiring method and apparatus to wire two wiring board assemblies, each of which comprises: an insulating substrate; and a plurality of pressure terminals or busbars secured to the substrate, each having a press-connection portion formed with a slot. Wire connection is made by pressing the wires into the slots of the pressure terminals. The process of wiring is as follows. With two or more pairs of front and rear wire laying heads arranged on a wire laying plate that holds the insulating substrate, (a) a plurality of wires are parallelly laid between the two wiring board assemblies; (b) each wire is supported at two points of an intermediate portion of the wire to keep both end portions of each wire straight; (c) the wire laying heads are moved in a direction perpendicular to the wire laying direction and the first row wire is positioned on specified slots of the pressure terminals on the two wiring board assemblies; (d) the first row wire is pressed into the slots and cut; (e) the steps (c) and (d) are repeated to press the second to final row wires into specified slots of the pressure terminals on the two wiring board assemblies and cut these wires; and (f) the steps (a) to (e) are repeated.

Method of and apparatus for wiring board assemblies

The electric junction box includes a casing 20-23 and a plurality of busbar conductors 30 accommodated in the casing, each of which consists of an insulating substrate 31 and a plurality of busbars 32 with upright tabs 33 arranged face-to-face on the substrate 31. The busbar conductors 30 are accommodated in at least two blocks A1 and A2 in the casing and wires 40 are provided for electrically connecting desired busbars 32 in different and/or the same block. The above construction allows a circuit-change to be made with ease and unnecessary circuits to be precluded. The overall weight and production costs of busbar conductors and thus the junction box are reduced.

Electric junction box

A joint terminal mounting structure for an electric junction box incorporates a junction box body having at least one terminal portion connected to at least one joint terminal; a joint terminal accommodating box having at least one joint terminal accommodating cavity; and a cover adapted to cover the joint terminal accommodating box. Since the present device uses a joint terminal accommodating box, joint terminals can be securely connected with ease, resulting in improved work efficiency and reliable electrical connections. Further, since the present device has a structure in which the cover is incorporated in the joint terminal accommodating box, the projecting height of the cover is suppressed to improve resin moldability, thereby resulting in improved mold life and yield.

An electric connection box includes a pair of upper and lower cases connected together to provide a casing, one of the upper and lower cases having an electrically insulating housing. A wiring assembly is accommodated within the casing and includes an electrically insulating plate and a plurality of bus bars mounted on the insulating plate. External connection terminals are electrically connected to the bus bars and have respective contact portions received within the insulating housing. In one example, each of the external connection terminals includes a base portion, a plurality of contact portions formed on one lateral edge of the base portion, and a bus bar-gripping portion formed on the other lateral edge of said base portion. The base portion is fixed to the case, with the contact portions extending into the housing. When the wiring assembly is covered or enclosed by the covers, the bus bar-gripping portion is press-fitted relative to the bus bar. In another example, each external connection terminal includes a base portion, a plurality of contact portions integral with said base portion and extending upward from a flat surface of said base portion, and a bus bar-gripping portion formed on the other end of the base portion through an upstanding portion.

Electric connection box

An electric connection box includes a pair of upper and lower cases connected together to provide a casing, one of the upper and lower cases having an electrically insulating housing. A wiring assembly is accommodated within the casing and includes an electrically insulating plate and a plurality of bus bars mounted on the insulating plate. External connection terminals are electrically connected to the bus bars and have respective contact portions received within the insulating housing. Each of the external connection terminals includes a base portion, a plurality of contact portions formed on one lateral edge of the base portion, and a bus bar-gripping portion formed on the other lateral edge of said base portion. The base portion is fixed to the case, with the contact portions extending into the housing. When the wiring assembly is covered or enclosed by the covers, the bus bar-gripping portion is press-fitted relative to the bus bar.
