A scroll compressor is provided in which the amount of lubricant oil supply is appropriately controlled over a low to high rotational frequency range of the scroll compressor. The scroll compressor has an oil supply unit and an oil supply passage. The oil supply unit includes a small hole with a diameter not exceeding a seal ring width of the sealing part and a groove which are formed on the end plate of the boss portion on the back side of the orbiting scroll. As the orbiting scroll orbitally moves, oil in the high pressure hydraulic chamber pools in the small hole to be discharged, across the seal ring, into the back pressure chamber. The oil supply passage communicates between the high pressure hydraulic chamber and the back pressure chamber.

Motor-mounted internal gear pump and manufacturing method thereof and electronic equipment

A discarded industrial product recycling system capable of acquiring pertinent data required for processings of discarded industrial products such as discarders, reception dates, persons responsible for disposal, disposal dates and so forth for selecting proper disposal for each of the discarded industrial products while automatizing the article data acquisition to a possible maximum for enhancing the enhance disposal rate. An electronic tag (radio-frequency identifier tag) is attached to each of discarded industrial products to allow data required for the processing to be written and read by readers/writers. At a time point and a place where a discarded industrial product is received, basic data required for the processing of that article is written in the electronic tag. Pertinent processing route for each of the manufactured articles is decided by reading the data from the electronic tag while writing additional data in the tag as occasion requires. Properties of plastic material are measured, results of which are written in the electronic tag. Classification of component parts resulting from disassembling is carried out by affixing an electronic tag to each palette, reading the data from the electronic tag attached to the discarded industrial product and writing a code of assortment destination for the parts carried by the palette in the electronic tag affixed thereto on the basis of the data read from the electronic tag attached to the discarded industrial product.

Method and system for recycling discarded industrial products

A throttle actuator comprising: a body which forms an intake passage; a throttle valve shaft; a throttle valve which is connected to the throttle valve shaft and which adjusts the opening of the intake passage; and a motor which applies torque to the throttle valve shaft. The throttle valve is provided with: a valve shaft lever; an accelerator lever which is operated by means of the accelerator pedal; a floating lever which is positioned between the valve shaft lever and the accelerator lever and which transmits torque to the valve shaft lever in such a direction that the throttle valve opens; a valve returning spring which applies torque to the throttle valve shaft in such a direction that the throttle valve closes; a coupler spring which pulls the accelerator lever and the floating lever toward each other; and an accelerator lever returning spring which applies torque to the accelerator lever in such a direction that the throttle valve closes. A difference between the amount of operation caused by the action of the accelerator pedal and the amount of operation caused by the motor is offset by the relationships between the set positions of floating lever and the coupler spring and between the set positions of the floating lever and the valve shaft lever.

There is disclosed an electrically-operated actuator in which a throttle valve is driven by a combination of the rotation of a motor and the operation of an accelerator by the operator, and besides the rotational force of the motor is not so transmitted to an accelerator pedal. This actuator is further provided with a fail-safe function. A parallelogrammic link is constituted by a link member fixedly mounted on a throttle shaft, a link member rotatably mounted on the throttle shaft and operatively connected to the accelerator pedal via a wire, a link fixedly mounted on a shaft rotatably mounted on the link member, and a link member connected to the link members by pins. The throttle shaft is coaxial with a shaft of the motor. A gear in mesh with a gear fixedly mounted on the motor shaft is fixedly mounted on the shaft, thereby forming a differential gear mechanism. Forces of springs act respectively on the throttle shaft and the link member in a direction to close the throttle valve. In order to prevent excessive opening and closing of the throttle due to the run-away of the motor, stoppers limit the angle of rotation of the motor.

A scroll type fluid machine having two scroll members each having an end plate and a spiral wrap formed on the end plate, the scroll members being coupled to each other such that the wraps thereof mate with each other. One of two scroll members being adapted to make an orbitary movement with respect to the other scroll member while being prevented from rotating around its own axis, so as to form at least one working chamber of different pressures between two scroll members. At least two pressing force imparting chambers are formed on the opposite side of the orbitary scroll member to the wrap. The pressing force imparting chambers includes a first chamber which is communicated through a communication passage with at least one of the working chambers which is not materially communicating with a low pressure port and is not at all communicating with a high pressure port of the machine, and a second chamber which is communicated with the high pressure port through a communication passage, so that fluid pressures of different levels are applied to the first and second pressing force imparting chambers so as to produce a force which presses the orbitary scroll member to the other scroll member.

In a scroll fluid apparatus, a gas of an intermediate pressure level is drawn from the operating chambers in the process of compressing a fluid or expanding the same and applied to the entire area of the back of one of a pair of scroll members so as to force one scroll member tightly against the other scroll member whereby an axial seal can be provided to the pair of scroll members.

In a Rankine-cycle-engine-driven cooling-and-heating system comprising a power generating cycle including at least an expander, an oil separator, a condenser and a generator and a cooling-and-heating cycle including at least a compressor, an oil separator, a condenser, an expansion means and an evaporator, the housings of the expander and the compressor are so securely joined that a hermetically sealed space may be defined between them. This space is used as an oil separator which is common to both the cycles and is communicated with the outlet port of the expander and the discharge port of the compressor. As a result, the system can be made considerably compact in size as compared with the prior art systems in which the oil separator is disposed outside of the expander and the compressor.

In a gas pressure increasing system for increasing the pressure of a refrigerant gas or air having a scroll compressor, a condenser, a pressure reducing means and an evaporator or a scroll compressor and a gas cooler, an exhaust gas released from the scroll compressor after having its pressure increased by the scroll compressor itself is cooled and expanded to reduce its pressure to an intermediate pressure level to produce a gas of an intermediate pressure having a cooling capability. The gas of the intermediate pressure is used to provide a force for axially sealing an orbiting scroll member of the scroll compressor as well as to cool the scroll compressor and a motor.
