A speaker system includes a wearable speaker capable of outputting a first sound which is a voice of a communication partner of a talker and a second sound, a microphone, and a sound processing device which processes a sound output from the wearable speaker and a sound picked up by the microphone. The sound processing device generates a reference signal by synthesizing a first signal indicating the first sound and a second signal indicating the second sound, outputs the first signal and the second signal to the wearable speaker, obtains a sound pickup signal including the voice of the talker from the microphone, performs, on the sound pickup signal, a process of cancelling the sound component output from the wearable speaker by using the reference signal, and outputs the sound pickup signal on which the cancellation process has been performed.

A battery cover includes: a case for housing a battery; and a rib formed on an inner peripheral face of the case to form a first space between the inner peripheral face of the case and an outer peripheral face of the battery. The case has an air hole that communicates the inside and outside of the case, a first housing part for housing a positive electrode of the battery, and a second housing part for housing a negative electrode of the battery. The air hole is disposed in a position in the case closer to the second housing part than to the first housing part.

Provided is an electronic apparatus having the waterproof structure. The electronic apparatus includes: a housing; a transparent panel which has an image display area; and a plurality of strip-shaped waterproof spacers fixed adherently between the housing and the transparent panel, and fixed adherently to an outer periphery of the image display area at the transparent panel side. A clearance between the waterproof spacers adjacent to each other is filled with a filler. In the electronic apparatus, a hole is formed in the housing such that the hole overlaps with the clearance and a portion of the waterproof spacer, and the hole is filled with the filler.
