The bushing includes an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, and an elastic body therebetween. The outer cylinder has a central recess portion formed in a curved shape. The inner cylinder has a central convex portion being formed in a curved shape. A distance between a vertex of the central recess portion and the vertex of the central convex portion is smaller than a distance between a point other than the vertex of the central recess portion and a point at which a straight line extending from the point other than the vertex of the central recess portion to an intersection point of the perpendicular line and the axis of the inner cylinder intersects the central convex portion.

Bushing and vehicle suspension device

The bushing includes an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, and an elastic body therebetween. The outer cylinder has a central recess portion recessed from the inner peripheral surface in the radial direction at the central portion in the axial direction, and the thickness of both end portions is thicker than the thickness of the central portion. The central recess portion is formed in a curved shape or having a curved and a straight shape. The inner cylinder has a central convex portion swelling from the outer peripheral surface in the radial direction at a position corresponding to the central recess portion. The maximum outer diameter of the central convex portion is larger than the minimum inner diameter of the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder.

A center console structure includes a columnar part erected on a vehicle interior floor surface between a driver seat and a passenger seat and extends upward to the vicinity of the cushion surfaces of the seats and an upper body that is disposed above the columnar part, extends in a front-rear direction, has an upper surface part forming a center console surface, and accommodates a shift operation mechanism, in which the upper body extends forward of the columnar part that is cantilevered and has an extension part that is bent and then rises forward and obliquely upward in the front part thereof, a surface part of the extension part close to a sitting occupant forms an outer surface continuous with the center console surface and a portion of the extension part close to the front of the vehicle is locked to a rear projecting part of an instrument panel.

Center console structure

An electric connection box includes: a main body case; and an upper cover which engages with the main body case. The main body case includes a base wall which has an electric component mounting portion; a peripheral wall which is disposed on the base wall and partitions an inside and an outside of the main body case; a main body interior drainage port which is disposed at a place with possibility of water infiltration into an inside of the peripheral wall along a gap portion between the upper cover and the peripheral wall and passes through the base wall; and at least one main body interior drainage wall which is erected on the base wall and extends toward an opening edge of the main body interior drainage port on a surface of the base wall.

Electric connection box

There is provided an electric connection box in which even when a housing of a fuse is fusedly damaged by heat radiation or melting of a fusible element of the fuse, the fusedly-damaged housing can be restrained from adhering to an inner bottom portion of a fuse cavity. The inner bottom portion () of the fuse cavity has a projecting portion () formed on an inner bottom face thereof and extending upwardly from the inner bottom face, and an upper face () of the projecting portion () abuts against a lower face () of the housing () of the fuse (), and a gap () is formed between the inner bottom face and the lower face () of the housing () because of the projecting portion ().

A pair of side frames extends longitudinally away from each other in a vehicle width direction, which includes a closed cross section formed by an outer panel having a U-shaped cross section with its vehicle's inward side opening and an inner panel having a U-shaped cross section with its vehicle's outward side opening. A cab-mount bracket is provided on a vehicle-outward side of a front portion of the side frame to support a cabin. The cab-mount bracket includes an upper portion which is joined to a side face of a side portion of the outer panel and extends in an outward direction, and a lower portion which includes an extension portion extending in a vehicle inward direction beyond the side face of the outer panel and be joined to a lower face of a bottom portion of the inner panel.

Frame structure of automotive vehicle

An electrical junction box includes a main body, having a contain portion for containing electric function components therein, a lid member, covering an open part of the main body, a fixing leg, provided so as to extend from a side wall of the main box being near a butting area in which the lid member is engaged with the main body, and the fixing leg mounted to an exterior structure and a water prevention wall, provided on an upper face of a base part of a the fixing leg so as to prevent an intrusion of water into the butting area.

Electrical junction box

A locking structure including a case having a bottom plate and a pair of side walls extending upward from both side edges of the bottom plate. The locking structure further includes a cover for closing the opening defined between the top ends of the pair of side walls, stopping projections provided on each side wall of the case, and engaging frames each of which is formed at each side end of the cover and has a window to be engaged with each stopping projection. A portion near the opening of each engaging frame and a portion near the opening of each stopping projection facing that engaging frame defining a space therebetween.
