A multi-band monopole antenna includes a first radiation conductor portion formed with a rod member having a length defined in accordance with a wavelength of a first frequency included in a predetermined first frequency band among plural frequency bands, and a second radiation conductor portion integrally connected with the first radiation conductor portion and formed with a planar member in which a direct distance from a feeding portion to a farthest point which is the farthest position from the feeding portion is defined in accordance with a wavelength of a second frequency included in a second frequency band which differs from the first frequency band among the plural frequency bands. The feeding portion is provided at a position based on the length defined in accordance with the wavelength of the first frequency relative to a position of a tip end of the first radiation conductor portion.

Multi-band monopole antenna

A compound antenna apparatus includes a plurality of antenna units, a top case covering the antenna units, and a cable connected to one of the antenna units and led out of the top case, wherein the top case includes a case main surface, a case wall portion standing in the vicinity of an edge of the case main surface; and an opening formed by cutting an edge of the case wall portion so that the cable is pulled out to an exterior portion of the top case through the opening, and the opening having one surface and the other surface that face each other, a first rib and a second rib respectively formed and protruding at the surface and the other surface of the opening so as to sandwich the cable.

Compound antenna apparatus

An antenna apparatus includes a feed element, a passive element provided so as to be distanced from the feed element, a cable connected to the feed element, a main circuit board to which the feed element and the passive element are mounted, an antenna holder having a holder main surface on which the main circuit board with the feed element and the passive element is held, a first feed element provided surface formed on the holder main surface of the antenna holder in order to hold the feed element and a first passive element provided surface formed on the holder main surface of the antenna holder in order to hold the passive element.

Antenna apparatus

A three band antenna unit for reception of radio waves in the AM and FM bands and for reception and transmission of radio waves in the UHF band as well as its connection with filters and a communication equipment are disclosed. The antenna unit includes an upper, first element for reception and transmission of a radio wave in the UHF band and a lower, second element for reception of radio waves in the FM band, both connected to a mobile telephone. An AM band signal from the first element is transmitted to the lower, second element through an AM band pass filter. A radio wave signal from the lower, second element is transmitted to an AM/FM tuner through an AM/FM band pass filter. AM band radio wave signal received by the upper, first element which is used for reception and transmission of a radio wave in the UHF band is synthesized with the AM band radio wave signal received by the lower, second element which is used for reception of radio wave in the FM band before it is transmitted to the AM/FM tuner, which therefore exhibits a high AM band reception sensitivity.
