There is provided a rubber composition and a rubber article for pharmaceutical chemicals or medical treatments, obtained by forming and cross-linking this rubber composition, the rubber article having very excellent properties which can be adapted to the standard test values of various official documents, required in this field, and can further satisfy the test items having lately become an important problem from the pharmaceutical standpoint. This rubber composition comprises 0.3 to 3.5 parts by weight of an organic peroxide cross-linking agent, 0.3 to 4 parts by weight of an organic compound having at least 2 maleimide groups in one molecule and optionally, 0.6 to 30 parts by weight of an organosilicone compound per 100 parts by weight of a isobutylene-isoprene copolymer rubber.

The present invention provides sanitary laminated rubber articles suitable for use as various articles with safety and sanitary property, for example, containers for foods or pharmaceutical chemicals, transporters, instruments, packaging materials and the like. In this sanitary laminated article, the rubber surface is laminated with a resin film comprising a cyclic olefinic compound or bridged polycyclic hydrocarbon compound as a polymeric component.

An anti-inflammatory cosmetic composition having a large effect of absorbing and shielding all of UV-A, UV-B and UV-C, small degeneration with the passage of time even upon absorption of light, small influence upon the skin, not lowered effect of absorbing light and high stability for heat is provided. Anti-inflammatory or anti-sunburn cosmetic composition

A sanitary rubber article having an improved surface property to be useful as rubber parts of medical instruments or machines and as rubber articles for medicaments is provided. This sanitary rubber article is coated, through bridging and bonding, with a modified polysiloxane composition comprising a modified polysiloxane having at least one modifying group selected from the group consisting of alkenyl, acryloyl, vinyloxy, maleimide and phenylketone groups in the molecule.
