This linear movement guide device is provided with a track rail, a slider block attached to the track rail so as to be capable of movement relative thereto via a plurality of rolling bodies, and a position-determining pin which restricts the relative movement between the slider block and the track rail, wherein: the track rail is provided with a securing hole for securing the track rail to a base member, and a position-determining hole into which the position-determining pin is inserted; the slider block is provided with a rocker bearing part having an attachment hole into which a rocker shaft is inserted, and also provided with a connecting hole into which the position-determining pin is inserted; and the attachment hole and the connecting hole are each positioned in a location that avoids the center of the slider block in the lengthwise direction thereof.

Linear movement guide device

In this motion guide device (), a track member () has a recess or protrusion () that is formed in a longitudinal direction, and a moving member () has a holding protrusion or holding recess () that corresponds to the recess or protrusion () formed in the track member (). When force is applied in a direction that would cause relative separation of the moving member () and the track member (), the holding protrusion or holding recess () holds onto the recess or protrusion () such that the moving member () and the track member () are unable to be separated. With this configuration, a motion guide device that is both compact and capable of withstanding a strong external load can be obtained.

Disclosed is a securing device for providing a movable unit of a linear guiding mechanism with additional safety in that the securing device prevents the movable unit from coming off a guiding rail in case of a bearing malfunction. The securing device comprises at least one securing portion and a coupling portion for coupling the at least one securing portion to the movable unit. The securing portion is engageable with the guiding rail in case of a failure of the movable unit.

A movement-guiding device that includes a moving rail having a rolling element rolling surface; a first block that engages with the rolling element rolling surface of the moving rail via a plurality of rolling elements; a fixed rail including a rolling element rolling surface; a second block that engages with the rolling element rolling surface of the fixed rail via a plurality of rolling elements; and a joint member. The joint member is formed in a plank shape and connects the moving rail and the fixed rail by having the first block mounted on one surface and having the second block mounted on the other surface. The joint member is formed having a height difference.

Movement-guiding device

Provided is a moving unit that enables a movable body to be smoothly moved along guide tracks for guiding the movable body across joints between a plurality of track rails arranged in series so as to serve as the guide tracks. The moving unit includes: the pair of guide tracks laid in parallel to each other; a plurality of moving blocks being two or more moving blocks assembled to each of the guide tracks and being freely movable along the guide tracks; and the movable body fixed to the moving blocks. The track rails arranged in series serve as the guide tracks, and each have a guide surface formed along a longitudinal direction of each of the track rails. The moving blocks each include contact elements configured to travel on the guide surface while passing across joint clearances each being formed between the track rails arranged in series.

Movement unit

Provided is a movable rack unit for taking in and out a storage object with respect to a storage space. The movable rack unit includes a guide part including a track member linearly laid inside the storage space and along a depth direction of the storage space and a moving body that moves along the track member. A support member is rotatably borne on the moving body, and the support member supports the storage object within the storage space. Further, this unit includes a rotation guiding part, and the rotation guiding part changes the attitude of the support member in accordance with the position of the moving body with respect to the track member. When the moving member reaches an opening portion side of the storage space, the rotation guiding part rotates the support member so that merely the support member is set outside the storage space.
