The present disclosure provides a construction management system capable of ascertaining information about a construction site more accurately than before. A construction management systemcomprises: a position sensordetecting position information about a transport vehiclethat transports payload; a position sensordetecting position information about a loading machinethat loads payload onto the transport vehicle; a weight detection devicedetecting weight information about the payload held by the loading machine; and an information management controllerwhich, based on chronological information of the position information about the transport vehicle, chronological information of the position information about the loading machine, and chronological information of the weight information, calculates the load weight of the payload loaded onto the transport vehicle

Work management system

A site management system is provided with a server that acquires information about a construction machine and a construction machine operator at a construction site through a communication channel, and manages work conditions at the construction site. The server includes an information registration unit that acquires and registers position information, acceleration data, and gyro data of the construction machine and the construction machine operator, and a riding determination unit that determines a proximity state between the construction machine and the construction machine operator from the position information of the construction machine and the construction machine operator, and determines whether or not the construction machine operator is riding the construction machine from the acceleration data and gyro data of the construction machine operator in addition to the proximity state.

Site management system

A construction site management device receives operation information indicating an operation content of a loading machine, and positional information sent from a haulage vehicle; stores a positional history, and stores an operation history. The operation history includes a content of work of the loading machine performed in a work area and information of time when the work has been performed. Haulage history indicates when the haulage vehicle has entered the work area, and loading history indicates the time when the loading machine has performed loading work for the haulage vehicle and a work area in which the loading machine has performed the loading work for the haulage vehicle. The loading history is created on the basis of the haulage history and the operation history; and work result data indicating from which work area to which work area a load has been hauled is output.

Construction site management device and construction site management system

A basic information calculator device calculates basic information for area limiting excavation control to control a construction machinery work device so that the construction machinery does not perform excavation beyond a target excavation surface. The basic information calculator includes: a storage device having stored therein three-dimensional information of the target excavation surface; a two-dimensional information extractor for obtaining the intersecting line between a reference surface that is the target excavation surface and the operational plane of the work device based on the three-dimensional information and the current positional information of the construction machinery to extract a reference line that is the intersecting line as the two-dimensional information of the reference surface in the operational plane; and a characteristic point transmitter for transmitting the Z-coordinates of characteristic points on the reference line to an area limiting excavation controller as the basic information.

A travel control device for a work vehicle includes: a hydraulic pump; a plurality of hydraulic motors connected to the hydraulic pump in parallel through a closed-circuit connection, that drive different wheels with pressure oil delivered from the hydraulic pump; a slip detection device that detects a slip occurring at each of the wheels; and a flow control device that reduces, upon detection of a slip occurring at any of the wheels by the slip detection device, a quantity of pressure oil supplied to a hydraulic motor for driving the wheel at which the slip has been detected, among the plurality of hydraulic motors.

A hydro-static transmission travel system for a working machine enables the working machine to travel over a range from low speed to high speed with a simplified circuit arrangement. By referring to a machine traveling speed (vehicle speed) based on a detected signal from a rotation sensor, a controller computes respective target tilting amounts of hydraulic motorsand controls the tilting amount for the hydraulic motors and a clutch. Depending on whether the traveling speed exceeds a setting speed as a reference boundary, the controller selectively switches over a drive mode between low-speed four-wheel drive, in which travel unitsare both driven, and high-speed two-wheel drive, in which the front-wheel side hydraulic motoris controlled to zero displacement and only the rear-wheel side travel unitis driven.

An area where a front device (1A) is allowed to move is set beforehand and the operation of the front device is controlled so that the front device will not go out of the set area. For this control process, an arm cylinder speed calculating portion (9d) of a control unit (9) estimates an arm cylinder speed for use in control by taking the sum of a low-frequency component of an arm cylinder speed which is derived through coordinate transformation and differentiation of an arm rotational angle detected by an angle sensor (8b), and a high-frequency component of an arm cylinder speed which is derived from a command value applied from a control lever unit (14b) to a flow control valve (15b) for an arm and a flow rate characteristic of the flow control valve (15b). The control unit controls the operation of the front device with the estimated operating speed. The operation of the front device is thereby controlled smoothly and accurately regardless of change in any parameters, such as load and fluid temperature, affecting the flow rate characteristic of the flow control valve.

A calculating portion 7a calculates a distance from the tip end of a front device to an interference prevention area, and a detection line 7m detects a moving speed of a boom 1. If the tip end of the front device comes close to the interference prevention area when the boom 1 is moving upward, control is made such that, while continuing to move the boom 1 upward, a control gain calculating portion 7h and a multiplier 7i cooperatively calculate a target speed of an arm in the arm dumping direction (interference avoiding direction) corresponding to the boom-up speed, and an input limit value calculating portion 7c, an adder 7j and a minimum value selecting portion 7f cooperatively control the arm to move in the interference avoiding direction relative to a vehicle body. Interference avoidance control enabling the tip end of the front device to be moved smoothly along the vicinity of a boundary of the interference prevention area is thereby effected and the front device can be prevented from interfering with the vehicle body without reducing the maneuverability and the working efficiency.
