One aspect of the present invention is a lubricant to be incorporated into a powder metallurgical mixed powder containing an iron-based powder. The lubricant includes a flaky organic material having an average particle diameter of from 0.1 &#x3bc;m to less than 3 &#x3bc;m. Another aspect of the present invention is a powder metallurgical mixed powder which contains an iron-based powder and the lubricant. Yet another aspect of the present invention is a method for producing a sintered compact. The method includes the step of mixing materials to give a powder metallurgical mixed powder containing an iron-based powder and the lubricant. The powder metallurgical mixed powder is compacted using a die to give a powder compact. The powder compact is sintered to give a sintered compact.

The present invention provides a binder which has excellent effect on suppression of segregation or dust emission, while exhibiting excellent fluidity both at ordinary temperatures and at high temperatures. The present invention is a binder which is blended for use in a mixed powder for powder metallurgy, said mixed powder containing an iron-based powder and an auxiliary starting material powder. This binder is characterized by being composed of one or more polymers that are selected from among butene polymers having a melting point of from 50&#xb0; C. to 85&#xb0; C. (inclusive) and a heated melt fluidity at 190&#xb0; C. of from 2.0 g/10 minutes to 3.6 g/10 minutes (inclusive) and methacrylic acid polymers having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000,000 or less.

The present invention provides a titanium material having high-temperature oxidation resistance at high temperatures above 800&#xb0; C. and an exhaust pipe made of this titanium material for an engine. A titanium alloy contains 0.15 to 2% by mass Si, has an Al content below 0.30% by mass, and has equiaxial structure having a mean grain size of 15 &#x3bc;m or above. The high-temperature oxidation resistance of the titanium alloy at high temperatures above 800&#xb0; C., such as 850&#xb0; C., is improved by means including adding Nb, Mo and Cr in combination with Si to the titanium alloy, forming equiaxial structure of coarse grains, creating acicular structure, Si-enrichment of a surface layer of the titanium alloy, and reducing impurities including copper, oxygen and carbon contained in the titanium alloy.

A resin-coated metal plate used as a protective plate in drilling a printed wiring board has a metal plate and a resin film including a thermoplastic resin coated on at least one surface of the metal plate. A melting peak temperature of the thermoplastic resin is in a range of 60-120&#xb0; C., and in a TMA curve, a temperature difference exhibited by the thermoplastic resin is within a range of 5&#xb0; C. to 30&#xb0; C. in a period while penetration of the probe is changed from 10% to 100% of the resin thickness in a temperature range of 20&#xb0; C. to 200&#xb0; C.

An object of the present invention is to provide a bladder which is unlikely to have a shapal variation along the inner wall surface of the tire and can satisfactorily extend along the inner wall surface of the tire. An inventive bladder is used to press the inner wall surface of the tire by a pressurized heating medium during the vulcanization of a green tire and is comprised of a fabric layer (purl stitched fabric layer ) and rubber layers (silicone rubber layers ) placed one over another. Elongation rates of the fabric layer in warp direction and in weft direction both exceed 15% and satisfy: 0.4&lE;elongation rate in weft direction/elongation rate in warp direction &lE;6.0. Since the fabric layer has good extensibility, it can elongate with the rubber layers.

A metal plate coated with a lubricating resin is coated with a lubricating resin having a modified polyamide ({circle around (1)}) and a crosslinking curing agent ({circle around (2)}) of the modified polyamide ({circle around (1)}) on at least one side face of the metal plate.
