A centrifugal compressor includes: a drive shaft; a wheel gear; a driven shaft; a pinion gear disposed to be rotatable together with the driven shaft, and meshing with the wheel gear; an impeller rotating together with the driven shaft; a thrust collar restricting a displacement of the driven shaft in an axial direction by colliding with the wheel gear in the axial direction; and a plurality of bolts disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction and each extending in the axial direction to fix the thrust collar and the pinion gear. Each of the plurality of bolts fix the thrust collar and the pinion gear in a state where each of the plurality of bolts are inserted from a position opposite to the wheel gear with reference to the thrust collar in the axial direction.

Centrifugal compressor

A rotary machine includes: a casing; a rotor that includes a rotatable rotary shaft located inside the casing, and a plurality of stages of impellers fixed to an outer periphery of the rotary shaft; a diaphragm group including diaphragms that are respectively provided in the plurality of stages of the impellers; gas flow paths provided respectively corresponding to the impellers and through which process gas to be compressed flows; and a discharge volute connected to the gas flow paths. The discharge volute is provided to expand inward in an axis line direction of the casing.

Rotary machine

Flanges of half bodies provided in a compressor casing are fastened by multiple bolts and a multi-hole washer shared by two or more adjacent bolts. When F is fastening force, T is a thickness of the washer, &#x3b8; is a distribution angle of the fastening force, Rb is a radius of the bolt, R is a radius of a distribution range of the fastening force on a bearing surface, A is an area of the distribution range on the surface, a is an area of a distribution range of the fastening force on a mating surface of the flange, and R=Rb+T&#xb7;tan &#x3b8; and A=&#x3c0;R2 are established, F/A is lower than yield strength of each of a flange material and a multi-hole washer material, and F/a is equal to or higher than predetermined surface pressure determined based on pressure of fluid inside the casing.

Fluid device

A centrifugal compressor that includes a rotor including a shaft rotatably supported in a casing and an impeller secured to an outer periphery of the shaft; a diaphragm surrounding the impeller from an outer peripheral side; a suction side casing head disposed so as to be spaced apart from the diaphragm on a side where a fluid is suctioned; a temperature adjusting mechanism that is provided in the suction side casing head and configured to adjust a temperature of environment by flow of a heat medium; a heat shield that is provided between the suction side casing head and the diaphragm and defines, together with the impeller, a suction flow path through which the fluid is introduced to the impeller; and a plurality of straightening vanes that are provided in the suction flow path and configured to straighten the fluid flowing through the suction flow path.

A centrifugal compressor according to the present invention includes, as gas flow paths, diffuser flow paths into which process gas flowing from impellers to outside in a radial direction flows, curved flow paths that respectively communicate with the diffuser flow paths and change a flowing direction of the process gas from a direction toward the outside in the radial direction to a direction toward inside in the radial direction, and return flow paths that respectively communicate with the curved flow paths and cause the process gas flowing through the curved flow paths to flow into the impellers. In the present invention, the curved flow path configuring at least one of the gas flow paths is provided between a diaphragm and a flow path forming body that is provided between the diaphragm and the casing.

Included in a gas turbine casing and a gas turbine are a first casing that has a first flange portion, first connecting holes, and first notches; a second casing that has a second flange portion, a plurality of second connecting holes, and second notches; and fastening bolts to fasten the first flange portion and the second flange portion with the portions being closely attached to each other and with each fastening bolt penetrating the corresponding first and second connecting holes. A first radial direction ratio (L/H) is set to be from 0.09 to 0.11 where H is a length of each of the first flange portion and the second flange portion in a radial direction, and L is a length of each of the first notch and the second notch in a radial direction.

Gas turbine casing and gas turbine

A centrifugal compressor includes a rotor including: a shaft that extends along an axis and an impeller that is fixed to an outer surface of the shaft and feeds a fluid that flows into a first side in an axial direction to an outer side in a radial direction of the axis under pressure; a diaphragm that surrounds the impeller from an outer circumference side; a first casing head disposed at a second side of the diaphragm in the axial direction at an interval; a seal device disposed between the first casing head and the shaft; and a bearing device disposed at the second side in the axial direction with respect to the seal device and disposed between the first casing head and the shaft.

A compressor includes: an impeller attached to a rotation shaft; and a casing covering the impeller from the outside of the rotation shaft in a radial direction. The casing includes a plurality of stationary members that are connected to each other in an axial direction of the rotation shaft and in which a flow path-forming surface is toward the axial direction is formed. The flow path-forming surfaces of two stationary members adjacent in the axial direction face each other to form a flow path extending in the radial direction of the rotation shaft. At least one stationary member in the axial direction among the adjacent stationary members includes: a stationary member main body in which the flow path-forming surface is formed.

Compressor

A taper coupling structure includes a groove, serving as a hollowed part, provided in a rear end surface of a hub. The groove is formed continuously in the circumferential direction and uniformly in the radial direction. In the state in which a taper shaft is fitted in the hub, the groove interferes with the taper shaft in the radial direction. An inner shell part, which is a portion on the inside of the groove in the radial direction, has a low radial rigidity because of the presence of the groove. For this reason, if a force is applied from the hollow portion of a flange part toward the outside in the radial direction, the diameter of the inner shell part is liable to be increased in the radial direction by elastic displacement (deflection).

Taper coupling structure and rotating machine

A tapered coupling structure allows a tapered shaft to be coupled to and decoupled from a hub without the use of an 0-ring. The tapered shaft is provided with a taper part on the side that is coupled to the hub, and the hub is provided with a high-rigidity part having a thickness in the radial direction larger than that of other regions and having a high rigidity in the radial direction. An oil groove formed in the outer peripheral surface of the taper part to feed oil to the coupling surfaces of the taper part and the hub is provided in a region corresponding to the high-rigidity part in the axial direction.
