According to an embodiment, a management system manages a power transmitter capable of wirelessly transmitting power to a power receiver of a movable object. A cooling system includes a cooling unit configured to cool at least one of a power reception unit configured to wirelessly receive power from a power transmission unit and a power storage unit configured to store the power received by the power reception unit; and a controller configured to control the cooling unit. The cooling unit is operated by the power received by the power reception unit, and the controller controls the cooling unit on the basis of a necessary amount of charge of the power storage unit.

The protection signal output circuit outputs a protection signal to the control circuit when sum of currents supplied from the data drivers to the data electrodes within a time equal to one sub-field or more to less than one frame exceeds a previously set first specified current value. The protection signal restrains the operation of the data drivers.
