A strut cover for a gas turbine includes: a cylindrical sheet metal member having a hollow portion; and a flare member that is connected to one end of the cylindrical sheet metal member in an axial direction of the cylindrical sheet metal member and includes a curved portion having an outer surface such that a distance from a center axis of the cylindrical sheet metal member to the outer surface increases with increasing a distance from the cylindrical sheet metal member in the axial direction. The flare member has a thickness larger than a minimum thickness of the cylindrical sheet metal member at least in the curved portion.

An assembling method of a seal structure of a rotary machine includes inserting a pin member into a through hole formed in a cylindrical member; threadably fitting the pin member into a pin installation hole of a segment; inserting a locking member into a first pin hole formed in the segment and a second pin hole formed in the pin member and fixing the pin member to the segment; arranging the segment in a groove part; inserting the cylindrical member; positioning the cylindrical member by causing the cylindrical member to slide in the axial direction; fixing the cylindrical member with respect to a seal mounting hole; causing the pin member to engage with a temporary joint member; moving an outer circumference side member and an inner circumference side member to approach to each other in the radial direction; and taking out the temporary joint member.

Assembling method of seal structure of rotary machine

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a rotary shaft supporting structure which is capable of supporting a rotary shaft for a longer period. This rotary shaft supporting structure, which supports a rotary shaft on which a thrust collar that protrudes outwards in the radial direction is formed, has: thrust bearings which face the thrust collar, and support, using support surfaces, the thrust collar surfaces that are orthogonal to the axial direction of the rotary shaft; and support mechanisms which support the thrust bearings in the axial direction from the surface side of support surfaces at the opposite side to the thrust collar. The sides of the support mechanisms that face the end surfaces of the thrust bearings are inclined in the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the rotary shaft tilts.

A seal structure of a rotary machine is such that: an outer circumference side member has a ring-shaped flange which projects radially inward and extends about the axis; an inner circumference side member has a flange which is of a ring shape projecting radially outward and extending about the axis, and which is opposite to the flange of the outer circumference side member from the axial direction; in either flange, there is formed a ring-shaped groove part which is recessed from the end surface facing the other flange; in the groove part, a ring-shaped seal body advances and retracts to come in contact with the other flange; and there is a first biasing device biasing body toward the other flange side, and a second biasing device biasing it toward the wall surface of the groove part.

Seal structure of rotary machine and gas turbine equipped with same

A gas turbine according to the invention includes a seal housing in which a leaf-shaped seal is provided and a detection end space, a gas introduction path, and a gas discharge path are also formed. The detection end space is formed at a position on the outside in a radial direction from a leaf-shaped seal, and the gas introduction path has an introduction port formed at a position further on the downstream side than the leaf-shaped seal and also has a radially extending portion extending toward the outside in the radial direction from the introduction port and an axially extending portion extending in the direction of an axis from an end portion of the radially extending portion and reaching the detection end space.

Temperature measurement in a gas turbine

In a gas turbine of the invention, a first blade ring portion to which first vanes are attached and a second blade ring portion to which second vanes are attached are integrally formed to form an integrated blade ring. A second upstream pressing member is arranged on the upstream side of a second upstream isolation ring which attaches a first ring segment and a second vane stage which is arranged on the downstream side of the first ring segment to the integrated blade ring. By attaching the pressing member to the blade ring portion, the pressing member pushes and fixes the isolation ring to the downstream side, and the sealing performance of a packing is maintained.

Gas turbine

A gas turbine includes a blade ring which faces blades from the outer side in a radial direction perpendicular to a turbine shaft, and a channel provided in the blade ringand through which a cooling medium is flowed. The channel includes an inner channel formed in the blade ring, and a tubular outer channel which is connected to the inner channel, is disposed in an outer portion of the blade ring, and extends in a circumferential direction of the blade ring. The outer channel includes a plurality of fixing portions fixed to the blade ringand a thermal stress absorbing portion disposed between the fixing portions adjacent in the circumferential direction and expandable and contractible in the circumferential direction.

A structure that mounts to a rotation shaft a lever that causes this rotation shaft to rotate, including a plurality of engaging members that are provided in the lever so as to be offset from the center axis of the rotation shaft, and that are capable of advancing toward and retracting from the outer periphery of the rotation shaft, and a plurality of abutted faces that are provided on the outer periphery of the rotation shaft so that the distal end faces of the plurality of engaging members respectively make contact, in which, when at least one of the engaging members and the abutted face that corresponds to that engaging member are in contact, relative rotation of the rotation shaft about the axis thereof in one direction with respect to the lever is restricted, and when another engaging member and another abutted face corresponding to the engaging member are in contact, relative rotation of the rotation shaft about the axis thereof in the other direction with respect to the lever is restricted.
