A resin powder having a high bulk density and an average particle size of at most 50 &#x3bc;m from resin particles containing a fluorocopolymer as the main component and having a melting point of 260 to 320&#xb0; C., where the fluorocopolymer contains a unit containing a carbonyl group-containing group, a unit based on tetrafluoroethylene, and a unit based on a perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) or a unit based on hexafluoropropylene. A method of producing the resin powder by subjecting resin particles (A) having an average particle size of at least 100 &#x3bc;m to mechanical pulverization treatment. The resin particles (A) is made of a material (X) having a fluorocopolymer (X1) as the main component, which has a unit (1) based on a monomer containing at least one functional group selected from a carbonyl group-containing group, a hydroxy group, an epoxy group and an isocyanate group, and a unit (2) based on tetrafluoroethylene.

To provide an adhesive film comprising a polyimide film and a fluorinated resin layer directly laminated, in which blisters (foaming) in an atmosphere corresponding to reflow soldering at high temperature are suppressed, and a flexible metal laminate. An adhesive film having a fluorinated resin layer containing a fluorinated copolymer (A) directly laminated on one side or both sides of a polyimide film, wherein the fluorinated copolymer (A) has a melting point of at least 280&#xb0; C. and at most 320&#xb0; C., is melt-moldable, and has at least one type of functional groups selected from the group consisting of a carbonyl group-containing group, a hydroxy group, an epoxy group and an isocyanate group, and the fluorinated resin layer has a thickness of from 1 to 20 &#x3bc;m.

Adhesive film and flexible metal laminate

To provide a laminate which is formed from resins and is excellent in heat resistance and excellent in flexibility and mechanical properties under high-temperature conditions and which undergoes no separation of layers even when contacted with oil such as engine oil for a long period of time. The laminate comprises a first layer containing a fluorinated copolymer and a second layer containing a polyamide directly laminated on the first layer, wherein the fluorinated copolymer has units based on tetrafluoroethylene, units based on ethylene, units based on a copolymerizable another monomer not having a carbonyl group, and carbonyl group-containing groups, wherein the amounts of the respective units are in specific ranges, and the tensile elongation at 200&#xb0; C. of the fluorinated copolymer is at least 200%, and the melting point of the polyamide and the flexural elastic modulus at 23&#xb0; C. of the second layer are in specific ranges.

Laminate

Disclosed is a resin composition comprising a melt-moldable side chain 1,2-diol-containing PVA-based resin (A), and fluororesin containing a polar functional group capable of reacting with or forming hydrogen bond(s) with hydroxyl group (B). The component (A) and the component (B) have excellent affinity, and therefore if either the component (A) or component (B) becomes matrix, the other can be finely dispersed into the matrix, thus providing a resin composition having excellent gas-barrier property, solvent resistance, and bending fatigue resistance. The present invention also provides emulsified dispersion and binder in which the resin composition is used.

Resin composition and use thereof

An objective of the present invention is to provide a sliding member for sheet-shaped recording material detachment having superior resistance to abrasion and superior heat resistant rigidity, and either a seal ring for an automobile or a seal ring or a sliding member for an industrial gas compressor, having high mechanical strength while ensuring flexibility. The objective is achieved with a sliding member for sheet-shaped recording material detachment, and either a seal ring for an automobile or a seal ring or a sliding member for an industrial gas compressor, made from a resin composite comprising: as a first element, either an adhesive fluorocarbon resin (A) or a resin compound of the resin (A) and a fluorocarbon resin (B) which differs from the resin (A), which are in a volumetric ratio (AB) of 5/95 to 99/1; and as a second element, 0.5 to 99 volume % of a thermoplastic polyimide (C).

Sliding member for sheet-shaped recording material detachment, seal ring for automobile, and seal ring and sliding member for industrial gas compressor

A screen printing apparatus includes: a main squeegee that includes a pair of end portions in a width direction and prints, by sliding in a direction orthogonal to the width direction on an upper surface of a screen that is supplied with a paste-like material and on which a hole is formed, the paste-like material on an upper surface of a printing object provided on a lower surface side of the screen via the hole; and a pair of auxiliary squeegees each including a first end portion provided more on an outer side than the end portion in the width direction and a second end portion provided more on an inner side than the end portion in the width direction, the pair of auxiliary squeegees being tilted a predetermined angle with respect to the main squeegee on a rear side of the main squeegee in the sliding direction.

A fluorocopolymer which comprises (A) polymerized units based on tetrafluoroethylene, (B) polymerized units based on ethylene and (C) polymerized units based on itaconic anhydride or citraconic anhydride, wherein the molar ratio of (A)/(B) is from 20/80 to 80/20, and the molar ratio of (C)/((A)+(B)) is from 1/10000 to 5/100, and which has a volume flow rate of from 1 to 1000 mm/sec. The fluorocopolymer is excellent in the fuel barrier properties and in the adhesive properties to a non-fluorinated polymer.

Fluorocopolymer

A fluorocopolymer which comprises (a) polymerized units based on tetrafluoroethylene and/or chlorotrifluoroethylene, (b) polymerized units based on a fluorinated monomer (excluding tetrafluoroethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene) and (c) polymerized units based on at least one member selected from the group consisting of itaconic acid, itaconic anhydride, citraconic acid and citraconic anhydride, wherein (a) is from 50 to 99.8 mol %, (b) is from 0.1 to 49.99 mol %, and (c) is from 0.01 to 5 mol %, based on ((a)+(b)+(c)), and which has a volume flow rate of from 0.1 to 1000 mm/sec.

A multi-layer hose having a multi-layer structure comprising an inner layer (I) made of a fluorocopolymer and an outer layer (II) made of a polyamide resin, wherein the fluorocopolymer constituting the inner layer (I) is a fluorocopolymer which comprises polymerized units (a) based on tetrafluoroethylene, polymerized units (b) based on ethylene and polymerized units (c) based on itaconic anhydride and/or citraconic anhydride, wherein the molar ratio of (a)/(b) is from 20/80 to 80/20 and the molar ratio of (c)/((a)+(b)) is from 1/10,000 to 5/100 and which has a volume flow rate of from 1 to 1,000 mm/sec., and the polyamide resin constituting the outer layer (II) is polyamide 11 and/or polyamide 12, which satisfies a condition of (terminal amino group concentration)/(terminal carboxyl group concentration)&#x3e;1.

Multi-layer hose

A fluorocopolymer which comprises (A) polymerized units based on tetrafluoroethylene, (B) polymerized units based on ethylene and (C) polymerized units based on a compound represented by CH &boxH;CX(CF ) Y (wherein each of X and Y which are independent of each other, is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom), wherein the molar ratio of (A)/(B) is from 20/80 to 80/20, and the molar ratio of (C)/((A)&plus;(B)) is from 1/1000 to 15/100, and which has a volume flow rate of from 1 to 1000 mm /sec. The fluorocopolymer has a low fuel permeability coefficient and is excellent in the fuel barrier properties.

A fluorocopolymer which comprises (A) polymerized units based on tetrafluoroethylene, (B) polymerized units based on ethylene and (C) polymerized units based on itaconic anhydride or citraconic anhydride, wherein the molar ratio of (A)/(B) is from 20/80 to 80/20, and the molar ratio of (C)/((A)&plus;(B)) is from 1/10000 to 5/100, and which has a volume flow rate of from 1 to 1000 mm /sec. The fluorocopolymer is excellent in the fuel barrier properties and in the adhesive properties to a non-fluorinated polymer.

A hose for fuel transportation including an inner layer which is a fluororesin layer having electrical conductivity, and an outer layer which is a fluororesin layer having no electrical conductivity, wherein the fluororesin layer in the inner layer includes a material having electrical conductivity, and the material having electrical conductivity comprises a metallized inorganic compound having a surface portion including one of zinc oxide, glass beads and titanium oxide.
