A transparent electrode member has a transparent electrode layer formed of a dispersion layer which includes a matrix and conductive nanowires dispersed therein to provide an optical adjustment region including a conductive portion having a first dispersion density and an optical adjustment portion having a second dispersion density smaller than the first dispersion density. The transparent electrode layer includes a plurality of first and second electrodes each having the optical adjustment region, and a first wire provided between and electrically connecting two adjacent first electrodes. A region of an insulating layer is formed between the first wire and the second electrodes, and between the first electrodes and the second electrodes. The first wire and a part of the first electrodes in a vicinity of the first wire are formed of a non-adjustment region of the dispersion layer including the conductive portion while lacking the optical adjustment portion.

Transparent electrode member, method of manufacturing the same, and capacitive sensor that uses transparent electrode member

A transparent electrode member has a transparent base material, a transparent electrode placed on the first surface of the base material, and an insulating layer placed in an insulating region positioned in at least part of the circumference of a region in which the transparent electrode is placed, when viewed from the direction of the normal to the first surface. The transparent electrode has a dispersion layer that includes a matrix composed of an insulating material and also includes conductive nanowires dispersed in the matrix. The transparent electrode also has a region composed of the conductive part and regions composed of optical adjustment parts when viewed from the direction of the normal to the first surface. The conductive region has conductivity higher than the optical adjustment part. In the dispersion layer, the dispersion density of conductive nanowires in the optical adjustment part is lower than that in the conductive part.

In an isolator, a common electrode is disposed on a first surface of a magnetic plate. On a second surface of the magnetic plate, first, second, and third center conductors are disposed crossing each other. The center conductors have their respective first ends connected to the common electrode, and their respective second ends connected to matching capacitors. Furthermore, the second end of the third center conductor is connected to a terminating resistor. The matching capacitor connected to the third center conductor has a Q factor of 200 or smaller and a capacitance of 18 pF or larger. A nonreciprocal circuit element includes a magnetic plate, a common electrode on a first surface of the magnetic plate, and first, second, and third central conductors each including a pair of divisions. The three central conductors extend from the common electrode, are bent along the magnetic plate towards a second surface of the magnetic plate, and cross one another on the second surface of the magnetic plate at a predetermined angle relative to one another. The first and second central conductors are connected to input and output terminals. The nonreciprocal circuit element satisfies the relationship &#x3b8;&#x3e;&#x3b8;, where &#x3b8;is the angle between the divisions of the first central conductor and &#x3b8;is the angle between the divisions of the second central conductor, when the first central conductor is farther away from the magnetic plate than the second central conductor.

Provided is a nonreciprocal circuit element which has increased lengths of central conductors to be compatible with miniaturization while exhibiting superior performance. In the nonreciprocal circuit element, a first yoke has a rectangular upper plate, a pair of side plates bent downward from sides of the upper plate facing each other, and notch parts formed at the central portion of the pair of side plates. Ends of a magnet are placed within the notch parts. Thus, the magnet can be enlarged and a ferrite member provided corresponding thereto can also be enlarged. Accordingly, the lengths of conductors of central conductors mounted on the ferrite member are increased, thereby achieving high performance while not adversely affecting miniaturization.

A yoke main body formed of an upper yoke and a lower yoke accommodates therein a magnetic substrate, a plurality of line conductors, a plurality of capacitor substrates, a magnetic member and a spacer member. The line conductors are connected to one another on one of the surface sides of the magnetic substrate, and each end of the line conductors put one upon another on a main surface side of the magnetic substrate is connected to the capacitor substrate. A gap portion for magnetically insulating the upper yoke and the lower yoke is defined between them.

Irreversible circuit device suppressing drop of insertion loss and achieving compact scale

A coil layer, and a magnetic layer covering the coil layer via an insulating layer are provided. The magnetic layer comprises at least two magnetic films in lamination. There is adopted an inductive element including a combination of magnetic films in which, for any two magnetic films forming the magnetic layer, the value of product of multiplication of magnetic permeability and thickness of a magnetic film close to the coil layer is smaller than the value of product of multiplication of magnetic permeability and thickness of a magnetic film distant from the coil layer. This inductive element permits improvement of the superposed DC current characteristic and prevention of a decrease in inductance because magnetic fluxes generated from the coil layer are induced to a magnetic film distant from the coil layer.

An irreversible circuit element includes a planar ferrite member, a plurality of dielectrics which are formed on the ferrite member in a laminated manner and are made of an insulation material, and the first, the second and the third center conductors which are formed on surfaces different in a vertical direction while sandwiching the dielectrics therebetween and have portions thereof to cross each other in the vertical direction. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the thickness in the vertical direction so that a thin irreversible circuit element can be provided.
