A tilt-up mechanism for tilting up an upper column of a steering column from a drive position to a tilt-up position is configured independently from a tilt angle adjusting mechanism and a column length adjusting mechanism. When an operator who is to get on/off an operator's seat steps on and operates a pedal of the tilt-up mechanism, an engaged state of a lock pin with respect to a tilt-up member is disengaged. The tilt-up member is rotated around a support shaft, by a spring force of a tilt-up spring, whereby the upper column is tilted up together with a steering wheel in a direction (A) away from the operator's seat. At this time, the tilt angle and the column length can be held at positions adjusted in advance.

A work vehicle control device includes: a rotation speed control unit that controls an engine rotation speed in correspondence to an accelerator pedal operation quantity indicating an operating extent of an accelerator pedal; a speed ratio detection unit that detects a ratio of speed at an input shaft and at an output shaft of a torque converter, which is disposed between the engine and wheels; a decision-making unit that makes a decision that a fuel efficiency deteriorating condition exists if the torque converter speed ratio is less than a predetermined value or if the torque converter speed ratio is equal to or greater than the predetermined value and a target engine rotation speed corresponding to an operation of the accelerator pedal is greater than a preset value; and an informing unit that informs results of the decision made by the decision-making unit.

A joint pin lock system or mechanism for a pivotal pin joint which connects one mechanical structural member between a pair of bracket portions of another mechanical structural member pivotally relative to each other by means of a joint pin passed through a connecting end portion of one mechanical structural member and the bracket portions of the other mechanical structural member. For locking the joint pin in a fixed state at least in rotational directions, the joint pin lock mechanism includes a collar portion which is provided fixedly at and around one end of the joint pin and extended along the outer side of one bracket in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the joint pin, a locking slot which is formed in the collar portion in such a way as to have a longitudinal center line in an intersecting direction relative to a center line of the joint pin, a seating member which is securely fixed to the bracket, and an anti-rotation block which is fitted on the seating member for engagement in the locking slot of the collar portion. The anti-rotation block is substantially of a square shape having a width approximately same as that of the locking slot and a length shorter than that of the locking slot.

When the arm end exceeds a boundary line K,and enters a restoration area R,a restoration gain is calculated in control gain block,depending on an intrusion amount by which the arm end enters the restoration area, while a feedback gain is calculated depending on an arm end speed at that time on the basis of functions,and,In accordance with these gains, a second boom,is automatically dumped depending on the intrusion amount of the arm end into the restoration area and the arm end speed at that time so that the arm end is moved for return to the slowdown area. As a result, such work as requiring a work front to be moved toward the operator is continuously smoothly performed and working efficiency is improved.
