A transceiver may include a transmit path and a receive path that are each coupled to a radio frequency (RF) interface, and a self-interference canceller (SIC). The SIC is coupled between the transmit and the receive paths. The SIC is configured to cancel a self-interference signal from a received signal on the receive path based on a transmit signal on the transmit path.

Apparatus, system and method of concurrent multiple band (CMB) network access

For example, a wireless communication device may be configured to determine a Concurrent Multiple Band (CMB) routing scheme based on Quality of Service (QoS) requirement information and network condition information, the CMB routing scheme to route a plurality of application streams to a plurality of radios of the wireless communication device for wireless communication over a plurality of wireless communication bands, the plurality of application streams corresponding to one or more applications to be executed by the wireless communication device; and to route the plurality of application streams to the plurality of radios by determining, based on the CMB routing scheme, to which radio of the plurality of radios to route the application stream of the plurality of application streams.

Apparatus, system and method of concurrent multiple band (CMB) wireless communication

Techniques are disclosed for dynamically adjusting transmission parameters such as transmission output power and the energy detection (ED) threshold (TH) utilized by wireless devices to prevent collision and interference between different device transmissions. The techniques include dynamically adjusting the transmission parameters based upon various scenarios or conditions. The techniques include dynamically adjusting the transmission parameters on a per-packet basis, depending upon the particular type of packet, and/or considering other type of communication parameters.

Dynamic energy detection threshold and transmission power adjustment

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to multi-link operation. A device may configure a single N×N transmit (TX)/receive (RX) radio to a plurality of 1×1 TX/RX radios, where N is a positive integer. The device may monitor a first channel of a plurality of channels to determine its availability. The device may monitor a second channel of the plurality of channels to determine its availability. The device may identify a first control frame received from an access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) on the second channel. The device may cause to send a second control frame to the AP MLD on the second channel. The device may configure back to a single N×N TX/RX radio to receive a data frame.

Multi-link operation for a single radio multi-link device

A component (e.g. a module configuration system) of a device may include an interface and processor circuitry. The processor circuitry may be configured to: determine identification information of a hardware device (e.g. module, microchip) connected to the component via the interface; obtain device information for the connected hardware device based on the determined identification information; and initialize the connected hardware device based on the obtained device information.

Such a radio device includes: a plurality of radio entities configured to transmit radio energy; and a controller configured to control the radio energy transmission of the plurality of radio entities to comply with a predefined Specific Absorption Rate, SAR, requirement, wherein the controller is configured to enable at least two radio entities of the plurality of radio entities operating concurrently based on a shared SAR transmission power restriction which allows the at least two radio entities transmitting concurrently at a predefined duty cycle, in particular at 100% duty cycle, without violating the SAR requirement. The disclosure further relates to a method for dynamic management of a SAR budget across multiple radio entities.

Techniques for controlling specific absorption rate of radio energy transmission

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to security for multi-link operations. A multi-link device (MLD) may establish a first communication link between a first device of the MLD and a first device of a second MLD, and a second communication link between a second device of the MLD and a second device of the second MLD. The MLD may generate a group-addressed message. The MLD may protect the group-addressed message using a first key or a first integrity key. The MLD may protect the group-addressed message using a second key or a second integrity key. The MLD may send, using the first communication link, the group-addressed message protected using the first key or the first integrity key, and may send, using the second communication link, the group-addressed message protected using the second key or the second integrity key.

Enhanced security for multi-link wireless operations

Provided herein are apparatus and methods for signaling regulatory information and transmit power information for device-to-device communication. An apparatus for a Wi-Fi device comprising: a RF interface; and processor circuitry coupled with the RF interface. The processor circuitry is to: decode a first discovery frame received from a peer Wi-Fi device via the RF interface to obtain a first Operation Information attribute of the peer Wi-Fi device, wherein the first Operation Information attribute is to indicate a first operation mode of the peer Wi-Fi device; and encode, in response to the first discovery frame, a second discovery frame for transmission to the peer Wi-Fi device via the RF interface, wherein the second discovery frame includes a second Operation Information attribute of the Wi-Fi device to indicate a second operation mode of the Wi-Fi device. Other embodiments may also be disclosed and claimed.

Apparatus that operates with a neighbor awareness networking (NAN) protocol, method for signaling operation information and transmit power information for device-to-device communication

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to enhanced bandwidth selection for wireless devices. A device may generate a request frame with at least one of a first indication of a bandwidth for which a second device is to measure a first noise level or a second indication of a resource unit for which the second device is to measure a second noise level. The device may send the request frame to the second device. The device may identify a response frame received from the second device, the response frame having a third indication of the first noise level or the second noise level and a fourth indication of the bandwidth or the resource unit. The device may determine, based on the first noise level or the second noise level, a parameter associated with a subsequent frame to send to the second device.

Enhanced bandwidth selection for wireless communication devices

Provided herein are apparatus and methods for Wi-Fi network profile verification. An apparatus for a wireless communication device includes: a memory; and processor circuitry coupled with the memory, wherein the processor circuitry is to: encode a verification sequence in a probe request for transmission to an AP; decode, in response to the probe request, a probe response received from the AP to obtain a first verification result; determine a second verification result based on the verification sequence and a verification password (VP) obtained from the AP; and determine whether a verification for the AP is successful or not based on the first verification result and the second verification result, and wherein the memory is to store the VP. Other embodiments may also be disclosed and claimed.

A method of wireless communication comprising decoding in a physical layer circuitry a received wireless signal; outputting a corresponding wireless signal data as one or more data packets, the wireless signal data representing the received wireless signal; determining one or more packet header parameters of the one or more data packets; and if any of the one or more packet header parameters equal any of one or more predetermined values, instruct a medium access control layer circuitry to switch from an inactive mode to an active mode.
