In order to simplify and reduce the production costs of a push-button switch, especially a push switch or a rocker switch, the switch has a time function, which is manually operated and can be reset by an electric pulse. The electromechanical rocker or push-button switch can be combined to form a device block switch with other rocker or push-button switches as usually used in exhauster hoods. As a result, time-controlled intensive and follow-up steps can be carried out.

A filter system extracts particles and/or drops of liquid from air flowing through the filter system. The filter system has a filter layer disposed in a plane and a cyclone collector that is disposed in the edge region of the filter layer. The cyclone collector is provided with a device which, compared with the filter layer, creates a higher flow speed and stronger vortexing of the circulating air. The cyclone collector can be produced from horizontal cyclone elements, curved, horizontal elements or from expanded metal.

A securing device for a filter element, which can be detachably mounted on an extractor hood, has a connecting implement for detachably connecting the filter element to the associated extractor hood. The connecting implement catches the filter element when detaching the filter element from the extractor hood and prevents it from falling down. The connecting implement has a fixing element with a rod-like section and with a thickening connected thereto. The connecting implement also has a closure element with a U-shaped slot. The rod-like section of the fixing element is formed so that it fits the U-shaped slot of the closure element.
