Press table () or press beam () for a press brake (), comprising a beam element () having an elongate support surface () for attaching a bending tool () or tool adapter, a support beam element () having approximately the same length () as the beam element (), connecting elements () with which connecting points () on the beam element () are connected, with respect to the length () thereof, in particular symmetrically to the support beam element (), at least one actuator () which acts between mutually facing pressure surfaces () on the beam element () and on the support beam element () and which can exert an adjusting force () that runs approximately in the pressing direction () of the press brake () and as a result the support surface () of the beam element () is actively adjustable between a planar profile and a convex profile. In this case, the actuator () comprises a hose arrangement () which is arranged between the mutually facing pressure surfaces (), rests against the latter and is fillable with hydraulic fluid (), and which extends substantially in the longitudinal direction of the beam element ().

The invention relates to a bending press (), in particular a press brake (), for producing workpieces () by bending between a bench beam () equipped with at least one bending tool () disposed in a stationary arrangement on a machine frame () and a pressing beam () equipped with at least one bending tool () which can be displaced relative to the bench beam () in linear guides () of the machine frame () by means of at least one drive means () secured to a support bearing device (). The support bearing device () is provided in the form of at least one mounting plate for at least one drive means (). The latter constitutes a mounting ring for the drive means (), some regions of which are provided with orifices or peripheral recesses surrounding the mounting ring and weakened zones () are provided in the pressing beam ().
