A test equipment is provided for over the air tests on a device under test, in particular a user equipment, having a shielded space, at least one signal antenna for transmitting and receiving cellular signals arranged in the shielded space, and a plurality of noise antennas arranged in the shielded space linked in an array configured to create Additive White Gaussian Noise. The noise antennas are equally distributed in three dimensions within the shielded space. Further, a method for testing a device under test is shown.

Test equipment for over the air tests as well as method for testing a device under test

A system for near-field measurement of a device under test in a far-field environment is provided. The system comprises a communication unit adapted to establish a far-field connection with the device under test. The system further comprises a measuring unit adapted to measure a magnitude and a phase of at least two field components. Moreover, the system comprises a processing unit adapted to perform far-field to near-field and/or near-field to near-field transformation of the field components in order to calculate field components at a specific surface in the near-field of the device under test.

Method and system for early pass/fail determination

The present invention provides a test arrangement and test method for testing a wireless device under test. A first antenna may be arranged at a first distance from the device under test, and a second antenna may be arranged at a second distance from the device under test. In particular, the second antenna may be arranged closer to the device under test and the first antenna. Physical parameters characterizing the transmission properties between the individual antenna and the device under test are determined for the first and the second antenna. Test of the device under test is performed employing the second antenna, wherein the signals are rescaled based.

Test arrangement and test method

A measuring device for transmitter performance measuring is provided. The measuring device includes a first measuring path adapted to receive a measuring signal from a device under test, and to determine first measuring values from the measuring signal. The measuring device further includes a second measuring path adapted to receive the measuring signal, and to determine second measuring values from the measuring signal. The measuring device further includes a noise suppressor, connected to an output of the first measuring path and to an output of the second measuring path, wherein the noise suppressor is adapted to receive the first measuring values and the second measuring values, and to suppress noise by multiplying each of the first measuring values with a respective one of the second measuring values to generate a respective measuring value product.
