In one embodiment, a computer-implemented method may include (1) obtaining one or more XR preferences for a party; (2) presenting, using one or more devices associated with the party instructions constructed to guide the party to move throughout or around a real property, and prompts constructed to direct the party to capture data representing one or more of the real property or belongings; (3) determining, by one or more processors processing the captured data, asset data representing one or more of the real property or the belongings; and/or (4) presenting, in a virtualized environment in accordance with the party's XR preferences via an XR device, one or more visual depictions of the determined asset data such that the party or an insurance representative can at least one of view, modify, or approve the asset data.

Extended reality methods and systems for collecting, managing, and using home-related information

A computer-implement method and computer system may be configured to facilitate insurance claim processing and estate handling. An audible or visible chatbot avator or dopplegänger may lead a trustee, beneficiary, or family member through the estate of an impaired or deceased user. A computer system may have been provided with, or gather, sample voice and visual recordings associated with a user that are used to build the chatbot avatar that simulates the user audibly and/or visually. A user's client computing device may capture a video of the user. Feature data and movement data may be extracted from the video and applied to statistical models for determining several biometric characteristics. The determined biometric characteristic values may be used to identify individual health scores and the individual health scores may be combined to generate an overall health score and longevity metric. An indication of the user's biometric characteristics which may include the overall health score and longevity metric may be displayed on the user's client computing device.

If not, the augmented reality display may identify portions of the vehicle or home of which the vehicle operator must capture images in order to request a professional repair or submit an insurance claim.
