A watercraft includes a molded hull in the form of a single-piece hollow plastic structure, and the hull defines a recess having an interior. An insert is also provided that defines an opening and is attached to the hull. The insert is positioned with respect to the recess such that the opening in the insert communicates with the interior of the recess, and the insert cooperates with the recess to define an undercut that accommodates a portion of a hand of a user.

In one example, a watercraft is provided that includes a hull, and a cockpit connected to the hull. Disposed within the cockpit are first and second adjustable foot braces that are connected to the hull. Each of the adjustable foot braces is operable to define a variety of different foot positions. As well, the adjustable foot braces are each operable with a respective adjustment rod, and a structural configuration of each of the adjustable foot braces is the same regardless of whether the respective adjustment rod is present or not.

In one example, a watercraft, such as a kayak, is provided that includes a body, at least a portion of the body having a unitary one-piece construction. The body includes a hull and a cockpit that is integral with the hull, and the cockpit includes a seating area. Finally, the example watercraft includes a backrest connected to the body near the seating area and rotatable between a substantially vertical orientation and a substantially horizontal orientation, and movement of the backrest is limited to rotational motion.

In one example, a watercraft, such as a kayak, is provided that has a body which includes a hull, a cockpit connected with the hull, and a backrest removably attached to the body. The watercraft may additionally include a fish tail configuration near a stern of the watercraft.

A modular personal flotation system comprising, at least in part, rigid, seamless, non-woven modules, such as a seat module and various pontoon modules, formed by the process of rotational molding or blow molding, from a Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), or similar molding resin. The pontoon modules each have a rigid shape, which makes it both unnecessary to inflate and vastly improves the resistance to loss of flotation, creating safer conditions for the user. The pontoon modules are also tolerant of significant relative pressure changes without substantial deformation or change in its shape. Vent hole(s) formed during the molding process are closed to water ingestion via a low-cost bleeder valve assembly. An integral luggage rack can also be molded as part of the center seat module, positioned behind the seat. Open drain holes molded through the seat module double as slots to receive a backpacking harness. The seat module is removably coupled to the pontoon modules by complementary integrally-formed connection interfaces, or by a system of nylon straps with hook and loop fastening sections, eliminating the need for multiple components and fasteners, thus saving weight, complexity, and cost. In an alternative embodiment, a metal frame module may be interposed between oversized pontoon modules and the seat module to configure a flotation system capable of supporting more weight.

A table may include a table top and one or more legs and the legs may be movable between an extended or use position and a collapsed or storage position. The table may include one or more cross bars and the legs may be attached to the cross bars. The table may also include a frame and the frame may include one or more side rails. The cross bars may be sized and configured to engage at least a portion of the table frame with a generally rigid connection when the legs are in the extended position and a loose connection with the legs are in the collapsed position. In addition, the table may include one or more connecting members that may be disposed towards the ends of the table. Advantageously, the connecting members and/or cross bars may securely support the table top and help prevent the table top from undesirably twisting or deforming if a load or force is applied to a portion of the table top.
