A trash bin assembly includes a collapsible cover assembly and a collapsible base assembly that removably cooperate with one another and are constructed to pivotably cooperate with one another when deployed. One or more bag supports are disposed in the bin assembly and maintain an open configuration of a bag disposed therein. A pivot assembly removably secures the cover assembly to the base assembly and is constructed to facilitate rotation of the cover assembly relative to the base assembly during service operations and to define a range of rotation of the cover assembly relative to the base assembly.

The present invention is a training apparatus and method-of-use for developing a hockey player's stick handling techniques to carry the puck forward and perform a variety of shots. The apparatus includes a collapsible platform which is utilized by athletes and trainers that includes drills and guides that promote stickhandling skills, teach proper techniques in four different categories of shooting, and encourage correct posture for skating and stickhandling motion.

An apparatus for tensioning a cable tape comprises a housing, a drive assembly, a capstan, and an optional cutting device. The drive assembly includes a driving member and a driven member slidably coupled to the driving member. A biasing element is coupled between the driving and the driven member and in a first operating mode, the driving member causes movement of the driven member little or no relative movement between two members. The capstan is rotatably coupled to the housing, and includes a gripping device to grip a cable tape and wrap the cable tape around an outer surface of the capstan as the capstan rotates. In a second operating mode, a tension force applied on the capstan by the cable tape that is greater than the biasing force allows relative movement between the driving member and the driven member.

A mounting system comprising a surface mount configured to operatively couple to an attachment surface, a movable mount, at least one adjustable arm assembly, at least one device mount, a latch coupled to one of the surface mount and the movable mount, and a catch coupled to the other of the surface mount and the movable mount. Each arm assembly includes at least one arm having a first end operatively coupled to the surface mount and a second end operatively coupled to the movable mount, wherein the second end is movable relative to the first end to move the movable mount relative to the surface mount in a first direction. Each device mount is configured to support a display device and is operatively coupled to the movable mount, such that each device mount is movable in a second direction.

A dispenser for viscous foods like condiments, batter and syrups employs a flexible plastic bag made of a flexible plastic material. The dispenser includes a cylinder having an annulus and defining an open interior. The cylinder receives the flexible plastic bag within the open interior. The cylinder includes a threaded nozzle that extends away from the open interior. A dispensing cap threadingly engages the threaded nozzle and includes a hollow tube and at least one knife edge which extends past the annulus into the open interior.

A dispenser for granular material such as sugar and salt or other granular ingredients, including a collection portion and metering chamber. A metering cartridge located in the metering chamber includes a portion recess which collects a predetermined amount of granular material to be dispensed. The metering chamber is actuated and the granular material located in the portion recess is dispensed.

A dispenser for viscous, extrudable materials uses a sprocket-driven push chain that is drawn from a chain magazine responsive to actuation of a user trigger. The sprocket for the chain is driven by a toothed wheel, which is driven by a first, ratcheting drive pawl, which is actuated by the trigger. A second ratcheting locking pawl prevents the toothed wheel and hence the chain sprocket from rotating backward when the trigger is released. A single 'button' or actuator can be actuated by one hand of a user while the user's other hand grasps a chain retractor to pull an extended chain back to a starting position whereat the dispenser can be reloaded.

A multi-sensor alarm apparatus, may prevent and/or may deter a theft and/or a removal of one or more articles from a display stand. A base, a main body and a head unit are provided. The base and the main body are secured to the display stand. The multi-sensor alarm apparatus monitors an integrity of the attachment of the main body to the base with a separation sensor. Further, the multi-sensor alarm apparatus monitors sensors connected to the head unit and/or to the main body. The sensors may be removed and/or added as needed depending on the articles to be secured.
