Examples described herein relate to apparatuses and methods for or simulating and improving performance of an artificial intelligence (AI) driver, including but not limited to generating sensor data corresponding to a virtual environment, generating a pixelated image corresponding to the virtual environment based on the sensor data, determining actuator commands responsive to pixels in the pixelated image, wherein the decision module determines the actuator commands based on the AI driver, and simulating behaviors of the ego vehicle object using the actuator commands.

Locating morphology in a tissue sample is achieved with devices and methods involving storage of a plurality of feature vectors, each associated with a specific named superpixel of a larger image of a tissue sample from a mammalian body. A microscope outputs, in some embodiments, a live image of an additional tissue sample or a digitized version of the output is used. At least one superpixel of the image is converted into a feature vector and a nearest match between the first feature vector and the plurality of stored feature vectors is made. A first name suggestion is then made based on the nearest match comparison to a store feature vector. Further, regions of interest within the image can be brought to a viewer's attention based on their past history of selection, or that of others.

An apparatus and method for database searching using fuzzy rules is presented. The apparatus and method may accept a word or word phrase such as a persons name and returns fuzzy rules for database searching. Applicable search rules are selected and word or word phrase equivalents are displayed to a user. The user accepts or rejects each of the word or word phrase. The word or word phrase along with the user's acceptance or rejection are stored in a sample database. The fuzzy rules are modified according to the data in the sample database. The database is filtered by training and testing portions of the database for accuracy and purging the least accurate portions.

System and method for database searching using fuzzy rules

A dimensioning system is provided for a computer generated model of a sheet metal part including a plurality of entities. The dimensioning system comprises a model display, an indicator, a selector, a dimension defining system, and a dimension display. The model display displays a representation of the model on a display screen. The indicator indicates to a user candidate entities of the model, in response to user events, that may be selected. The selector selects two entities of the model, based on an indicated candidate entity. The dimension defining system defines each dimension associated with the selected entities of the model. The dimension display displays dimension information on the display screen based on the defined dimension. A repositioning system is also provided for a computer generated model of a sheet metal part represented on a display screen. The sheet metal part has associated dimensions displayed along with the sheet metal part on the display screen. The repositioning system comprises a repositioner and a repositioned dimension display. The repositioner repositions the dimension to a desired position relative to the model. The repositioned dimension display displays the dimension at the desired position relative to the model.

Apparatus and method for manually selecting, displaying, and repositioning dimensions of a part model

A method, a system, and a computer program for graphically editing a computer generated sheet metal part model initially display the sheet metal part model on a computer display screen. The method, system, and computer program then select an entity of the sheet metal part model to edit, and select an editing operation to be performed on the selected entity. The method, system, and computer program also include performing the selected editing operation on the selected entity, and modifying the sheet metal part model in accordance with the performed editing operation. Finally, the method, system, and computer program display the modified sheet metal part model on the computer display screen so that a user views modifications of the sheet metal part model in real time.
