The at least partially annular body includes an outer radial extremity defining surface, an inner radial extremity defining surface, a first circumferential extremity defining surface, and a second circumferential extremity defining surface. A first deflection surface extends from the first circumferential extremity defining surface, and defines a first surface normal that points away from the central axis.
