An aerosol container for dispensing material or fluid such as an adhesive under pressure is retrofitted with an adapter means for preventing clogging of the discharge valve with old hardened materials or fluid after use. The adapter means comprises an interior sleeve inserted within an exterior dispensing tip where the assembly is retrofitted into the discharge valve of the aerosol container. A trigger mechanism attached to the top of the aerosol container engages the aerosol can discharge valve to facilitate bias engagement of the discharge valve of the aerosol container.

Container for flowable materials or fluids with adapters to avoid clogging of the container

An aerosol container for dispensing adhesives under pressure is retrofitted with an adapter means for preventing clogging of the discharge valve with old adhesive after use. Aerosol container for flowable adhesives with adapters to avoid clogging of the aerosol container

A double barrel sprayer for applying a diluted product such as a diluted cleaning solution to a surface for cleaning thereof and rinsing the diluted product from the surface by spraying a water-only rinse onto the surface. The sprayer can include an insert having passages therein for providing a desired product dilution ratio. To provide different spray patterns for the water-rinse or diluted product, the sprayer can include a shroud having suitably shaped exit holes. The sprayer includes separate flow paths for the water-only rinse and the diluted product. The flow path for the diluted product includes a mixing chamber in which concentrated product is siphoned from a container and mixed with water supplied by a garden hose. Prior to mixing with the water, the concentrated product passes through the insert to provide a substantially constant water/product ratio over a wide range of water pressures. The sprayer includes a removable cover which includes a pair of outlets suitably sized and shaped to obtain desirable spray patterns for the water-only rinse and the diluted product sprayed from the sprayer. A rotatable valve allows selective application of water or diluted product.

Double barrel sprayer for selective spraying of water or diluted product

Child-proof tablet dispenser

A child-proof dispenser for pharmaceutical tablets capable of dispensing such tablets one at a time is disclosed. A sliding drawer with an open-topped tablet receptacle moves from a first position inside the dispenser where a tablet drops into the receptacle from a storage chamber to a second position outside of the dispenser. During this movement, a horizontal extension on the drawer prevents any further tablets from dropping out of the storage chamber. When the drawer is in the first position, detent means on such drawer mate in locking relation with detent means on a flexible arm of a locking member to prevent any movement of the drawer. Digital pressure on the flexible arm of the locking member will move the appropriate detent means out of locking relation to enable the drawer to move out and dispense the tablet.

Storage rack

A rack is disclosed for storing food processor tool discs of the type having a receptacle or socket structure offset from its axis of rotation and located beneath the lower surface of the disc for receiving the upper end of a removable elongated hub on which the tool disc is mounted during operation, such receptacle having a generally crescent-like configuration. The rack includes a base having a plurality of parallel slots for receiving the tool discs and a vertical wall extending upwardly alongside each slot. Each of the vertical walls includes an offset portion for receiving the crescent-like hub receptacle of the tool disc.

Storage rack for food processor tool discs

A horizontal disc-like tool head is detachably mounted on an upper coupling portion of an elongated hub, while a lower coupling portion of the hub is adapted to be coupled to and rotated by the tool drive shaft of a food processor. The tool head has a receptacle underneath it for receiving the upper coupling portion of the hub, which has a flange-like configuration with spaced, projecting, peripheral teeth. The receptacle has a plurality of spaced, lip retainers which are adapted to receive and retain such teeth when the hub is inserted in an axial direction and then rotated about the tool axis for changing its angular orientation in the receptacle. The teeth and lip retainers have corresponding matching sizes, so that the hub properly fits into the receptacle in only one position, thus preventing incorrect insertion of the hub. A spring-loaded receptacle rod protrudes from the upper coupling member, and this retractable rod and its associated locking recess are offset from the axis of tool rotation for preventing removal of the hub from the receptacle, unless the rod is manually retracted by its release button. During manufacture, the receptacles in various tool heads may be provided with different size shims mounted between the receptacle and the lower surface of the tool head for producing slicing tool heads having different slicing thicknesses without changing hub length. Accordingly, one elongated hub can be used with several different tool heads.
