A disposable absorbent hygiene product is provided, including a main part having a body facing surface intended to face the body of a user and a garment facing surface intended to face away from the body of a user. The main part includes a liquid permeable topsheet at the body facing surface, a liquid impermeable backsheet at the garment facing surface, and an absorbent assembly arranged between the topsheet and the backsheet. In front and back regions of the absorbent assembly, the absorbent assembly includes cellulosic fibers mixed with super absorbent polymers, with a central region of the absorbent assembly providing from 70% to 100% of the total retention capacity of the absorbent assembly.

Method for dry-forming cellulose products from a cellulose blank structure in a product forming unit. The product forming unit includes a blank dry-forming module and a pressing module. The cellulose blank structure is air-formed in the blank dry-forming module onto a forming wire. The pressing module includes one or more forming molds for forming the cellulose products from the cellulose blank structure in a pressing operation. The method includes arranging the forming wire in a stationary mode during the pressing operation.

A method for producing a cellulose product from an air-formed cellulose blank structure comprising the steps of: providing a cellulose blank structure which is air-formed from cellulose fibres; applying, in a first application step (S), an alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) dispersion to the cellulose blank structure, and applying, in a second application step (S) a latex dispersion to the cellulose blank structure arranging the cellulose blank structure with the applied alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) dispersion and latex dispersion in a forming mould; heating the cellulose blank structure to a forming temperature (T) in the range of 100° C. to 300° C., and forming the cellulose product from the cellulose blank structure in the forming mould, by pressing the heated cellulose blank structure with the applied alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) dispersion and latex dispersion with a forming pressure (P) of at least 1 MPa, preferably 4-20 MPa.

A disposable absorbent hygiene product is provided, including a main part having a body facing surface intended to face the body of a user and a garment facing surface intended to face away from the body of a user. The main part includes a liquid permeable topsheet at the body facing surface, a liquid impermeable backsheet at the garment facing surface, and an absorbent assembly arranged between the topsheet and the backsheet. The liquid permeable topsheet material includes a hydrophilically treated polypropylene spunbond nonwoven or spunbond/meltblown composite nonwoven, having a basis weight of from 8 to 20 g/m. An acquisition layer material is provided sandwiched between said topsheet and said absorbent assembly, being an through air bonded nonwoven.

The absorbent assembly includes a first absorbent core and a second absorbent core arranged in a stacked relationship.

An absorption body intended to form part of an absorbent disposable article includes a first absorption layer intended to face towards the user upon use and a second absorption layer intended to face away from the user upon use. The first absorption layer has a longitudinal opening in the crotch area and the second absorption layer has a longitudinal compression arranged in the crotch area.
