This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to reducing noise in and improving speech signals and radio signals. A device may identify a radio frequency signal received by radio frequency circuity at a time; apply a Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT) to the radio frequency signal to generate a STFT signal; identify a signal-to-noise ratio associated with the radio frequency signal at the time; identify a packet-error-rate associated with the radio frequency signal at the time; identify activity when the multiplexed radio frequency signal is received by the radio frequency circuity at the time; select, based on the signal-to-noise ratio, the packet-error-rate, and the activity, a spectral mask to be applied to the STFT signal; apply the selected spectral mask to the STFT signal to generate a clean STFT signal; and apply an inverse STFT to the clean STFT signal to generate a clean radio frequency signal.

Single device for noise mitigation and enhancement of speech and radio signals

A method and apparatus to estimate and mitigate platform noise incurred at a wireless device coupled to the platform. A computing device includes a platform including a first processor, a wireless device coupled to the platform, the wireless device including a second processor, and a plurality of antennas coupled to the wireless device. At least one of the first processor or the second processor is configured to determine characteristics of a platform noise incurred at the wireless device in real-time due to utilization of circuitries and processing components on the platform and implement an adaptive real-time and application/context-aware measure to mitigate the platform noise based on the determined characteristics of the platform noise.

Method and apparatus to mitigate platform noise and interference incurred at a wireless device coupled to the platform

An electronic device and associated methods are disclosed. In one example, the electronic device includes a MEMS die located within a substrate, and below a processor die. In selected examples, the MEMS die includes a resonator. Example methods of forming MEMS resonator devices are also shown.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods to identify an electronic control unit transmitting a message on a communication bus, such as an in-vehicle network bus, are provided. ECUs transmit messages by manipulating voltage on conductive lines of the bus. Observation circuitry can observe voltage signals associated with the transmission at a point on the in-vehicle network bus. A distribution can be generated from densities of the voltage signals. ECUs can be identified and/or fingerprinted based on the distributions.

Technologies for dynamic wireless noise mitigation include a computing device having a wireless modem and one or more antennas. The computing device activates one or more components of the computing device, monitors platform activity, and measures wireless noise received by the antennas. The computing device trains a noise prediction model based on the platform activity and the measured noise. The computing device may monitor platform activity and predict a noise prediction with the noise prediction model based on the monitored activity. The computing device may mitigate wireless noise received by the wireless antennas based on the noise prediction. The computing device may provide the noise prediction to the wireless modem. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Technologies for dynamic wireless noise mitigation using artificial intelligence

A circulator system for use in a simultaneous transmit and receive system includes a transmitter port connected to a first port of a circulator component by a phase shifter and possibly a pre-conditioning impedance, an antenna port connected to a second port of the circulator component by a pre-conditioning impedance, and a receiver port connected to a third port of the circulator component by a phase shifter and a pre-conditioning impedance. A loop with an impedance is connected between the transmitter port and the receiver port. A double loop circulator system includes further phase shifters and impedances at the first and third ports of the circulator component and a second loop with an impedance connected signal paths for the transmitter and receiver ports, being connected between the phase shifters in the signal paths. High isolation between the transmitter and receiver ports is provided.

Method and apparatus for broadband high-isolation circulator for simultaneous transmit and receive systems

An adaptation hardware accelerator comprises a calculation unit to receive inputs at predefined time interval(s) that correspond to a calculation iteration, the inputs associated with adaptive filters having taps, and determine correlation and cross-correlation data based thereon for a given iteration. The correlation data comprises a correlation matrix. Determining the matrix comprises determining submatrices in an upper triangular portion and a diagonal portion of the matrix. The accelerator comprises an adaptation core unit to determine adaptive weights associated with the adaptive filters, respectively, based on an adaptive algorithm, utilizing the correlation and cross correlation data. The accelerator unit comprises a convergence detector unit to determine a convergence parameter; and a controller to generate an iteration signal for each time interval based on the parameter. The iteration signal communicates to continue or conclude; the conclusion indicates determination of a final value of adaptive weights by the core unit.

RLS-DCD adaptation hardware accelerator for interference cancellation in full-duplex wireless systems

A magnetometer unit which may be incorporated in an electronic device receives first magnetic response data from a first magnetic sensor and second magnetic response data from a second magnetic sensor displaced from the first magnetic sensor. The magnetometer unit generates a composite response surface representation from the first magnetic response data and the second magnetic response data, and stores the composite response surface representation in a non-transitory memory.

Techniques for determining the spectral content of a data bus are described herein. An example of a device in accordance with the present techniques includes a data bus comprising one or more signal lines, a first phasor generator, and a second phasor generator. The first phasor generator obtains a first data value based on the data to be transmitted over the data bus and generates a first phasor. The second phasor generator obtains a second data value based on the data to be transmitted over the data bus and generates a second phasor. The sum of the first phasor and the second phasor indicate, at least in part, the spectral content of the data to be transmitted over the data bus.
