A cooling arrangement for cooling a cell assembly having multiple cell units of a motor vehicle battery. The cooling arrangement has multiple cooling units, and a respective one of the cooling units is associated with one of the cell units. The cooling arrangement includes a control device adapted to separately control a cooling capacity for a respective one of the cooling units. In this case, the control device is designed to control the cooling units differently in a specific first cooling mode than in a specific second cooling mode different from the first. The cooling arrangement is configured in such a way that, in the event of a fault case affecting a first cell unit of the multiple cell units, a switch is performed from the first cooling mode to the second cooling mode.

Cooling arrangement, motor vehicle battery, and method for operating cooling units

A high-voltage battery for an electrically operated vehicle, the battery housing of which has a housing cover and a housing lower part which delimit a housing interior which is divided into at least one battery cell compartment equipped with battery cells and at least one component compartment for electronic components. A degassing space is formed between a battery cell top of the battery cells and the housing cover, into which space hot exhaust gas flows during a thermal event in one of the battery cells from an exhaust gas outlet of the damaged battery cell. The high-voltage battery has a partition wall which separates the degassing space from the component compartment.

High-voltage battery for an electrically operated vehicle

A housing assembly for a high-voltage energy accumulator of a motor vehicle, wherein the housing assembly comprises a housing for accommodating multiple accumulator modules, which housing comprises an outer side, which, in a state in which the multiple accumulator modules are accommodated in the housing, faces away from the multiple accumulator modules. In this case, the housing assembly includes an electrically insulating insulation element, which is arranged in at least one defined region of the outer side of the housing which, when the housing is located in its intended installation location in the motor vehicle, faces toward at least one vehicle electrical system component of a vehicle electrical system (comprised by the motor vehicle having a reduced voltage level in relation to the high-voltage energy accumulator.

A vehicle includes a heat exchanger which is disposed in a cooling system, and a fan unit which forms part of a radiator grille and is constructed to generate an air flow through the heat exchanger. The fan unit has at least one fan which is constructed to generate a primary air flow, and a ring element which is constructed to generate from the primary air flow an amplified secondary air flow to the heat exchanger.
