An electric drive for a mixer drum, including a high-voltage DC voltage power supply to which at least one battery, a power converter and at least one external interface for connecting a stationary electric power supply are connected. The at least one battery is charged only via the at least one external interface, wherein a controller is configured to control flows of energy from and to components connected to the high-voltage DC voltage power supply.

Electric drive for a mixer drum

A drive train for a mixer drum comprises a generator which outputs a first alternating voltage to a first converter. The first converter is connected to a high-voltage direct voltage network. A second converter is also provided which is connected to the high-voltage direct voltage network and which supplies an electric motor with a second alternating voltage in order to drive the mixer drum. The drive train also comprises a high-voltage battery which is connected to the high-voltage direct voltage network. Finally, a control unit is also provided which is connected to the first and second power converters or the battery and thus controls a flow of energy via the high-voltage direct voltage network.

A mixing drum drive includes first, second, and third rotational speed reduction stages, an electric motor having a length similar to its diameter, a component for fastening the electric motor, and a bearing by which a component for fastening a mixing drum is rotatable. A component with a gear of the first rotational speed reduction stage is configured to be driven by the electric motor and a further component with a gear of the first rotational speed reduction stage drives a component with a gear of the second rotational speed reduction stage. A further component with a gear of the second rotational speed reduction stage drives a component with a gear of the third rotational speed reduction stage and a further component with a gear of the third rotational speed reduction stage drives the component for fastening the mixing drum.

Mixing drum drive

To avoid having to strip down a radial piston engine () into its individual components when it is disassembled, a rotary cylinder () has a collar () on which the rotary cylinder is supported against the cam disk (), the cam disk () being rotationally fixed in position to a housing portion ().

Hydraulic radial piston engine

A drive system for a mixer barrel for absorbing weight of the mixer barrel (). The drive system communicates with a base () via a weight supporting element which supports the mixer barrel () and enables relative movement therebetween. The weight supporting element comprises at least one distortable elastic element () enabling the movement between the drive system and the base (). The at least one elastic element () supports the weight of the mixer barrel () above the at least one elastic element (). The drive system () has at least one component () which limits movement of the drive system () and increases a distance between the drive system () and the base () such that a torque strain on the drive system () is braced by the base ().

A compensation device has one first component () and one second component () between which elastic elements () are placed by way of which an angular discrepancy between a mixing drum and a bearing bracket is compensated in a truck mixer.

A gear for driving a drum of a ready-mix concrete truck comprises a driving motor () which drives an inner spider gear () of a planetary gear. An outer spider gear () forms the driven part and a bearing (), by which the drum of the concrete truck is mounted, is disposed between a planetary gear () and the driving motor ().

Gearbox for concrete mixer

A reversing transmission shiftable under load in which the reversing clutches ( ) are automatically evacuated by the flow of pressure medium through the clutch ( ) not subjected to pressure wherein bores ( ), which in this shifting state, are connected to the oil reservoir ( ) are placed at the highest point of the piston chamber. The driving device comprises a hydraulically shiftable friction coupling and a friction brake by means of which an input can be connected to a gear and which perform the function of a parking brake wherein an auxiliary release device comprising an adjustable accumulator piston and gear shift pistons interacting therewith separate friction coupling and friction brake thus interrupting the drive train; the accumulator cylinder of the auxiliary release device is connected to a supply tank via a connecting line and is provide with a blocking device which cuts off the connection to the supply tank when the auxiliary release device is actuated.
