A plug connector for providing an electrical connection, having a collective seal with at least one passage opening and at least one electrically conductive plug contact, which is guided through the at least one passage opening of the collective seal. Also disclosed is a template for the passage opening to support the plug contact when the plug contact is guided through the passage opening of the collective seal.

Plug connector

An electrical connector having a female part with a socket portion configured for receiving a male part in the socket portion. The male part comprises openings in the area of the base and the socket portion comprises projections protruding into the openings. The projections in the openings are form-fittingly connected to the male part.

An electrical terminal for automotive vehicle connectors comprising a cage extending in a terminal insertion direction between a front opening and a tail. A locking lance extends longitudinally substantially in the insertion direction above the top wall from a joint to a free end. The locking lance is astride an intermediate bar which extends substantially along the insertion direction from a front portion to a rear portion respectively linked to the front end and the rear end of the cage.

An electrical connection device comprises a bifurcated contact to establish an electrical connection with a mating contact, the bifurcated contact having at least two limbs, at least one web region between the limbs, and an electrically conductive jacket that is in contact with said web region. The bifurcated contact includes a region wherein the jacket at least partially surrounds the two limbs, which provide a plurality of contact positions within the jacket.

The invention relates to an electrical connector element comprising a base part having a socket section to receive a plug-in contact and an insertion part inserted into the socket section for the contacting of a plug-in contact introduced into the socket section.

The invention relates to an electrical terminal element for pushing through an opening, in particular a round opening, in an elastic material along a pushing through direction of the terminal element, comprising a contact part which has a connection section for the electrical and mechanical connection of the terminal element to an electrical lead, a dilating section and a contact section for the contacting of another terminal element arranged in series in the pushing through direction and comprising a reception part which at least partly surrounds the contact part in the region of the contact section and adjoins the dilating section. The invention also relates to a method for the manufacture of a terminal element in accordance with the invention.

The invention concerns an electrical terminal element with a crimp section and a socket section which forms a receiving chamber for a plug and which has a substantially rectangular cross-section, wherein in each case a locking projection is provided in the region of an insertion opening for the plug on opposed first side walls of the socket section. The invention further concerns a terminal element housing with at least one receiving chamber for receiving an electrical terminal element of this kind.
