A moving mechanism for a decorative element of a timepiece, the decorative element including at least two decorative faces disposed around an arbor defining the axis of the decorative element. The moving mechanism includes a circular drive element arranged to be rotatable about a central axis and including an aperture arranged to reveal one of the decorative faces of the decorative element and inside which said decorative element is mounted to rotate about its arbor.
