The invention relates to a sliding board, especially a ski, comprising a treadsole, an upper surface, a lower rib and a core, and at least one element which comprises especially at least one rail-type guiding element, is connected to the body of the sliding board by means of at least one anchoring element, and is used to arrange and guide at least one binding element on the upper side of the sliding board. In order to avoid subsequently fixing guiding elements to the finished ski, the at least one anchoring element () is integrated into the core () during the expansion thereof and is held by the hardened foam material.

Sliding board, especially a ski, and method for producing the same

The invention relates to a sliding board, in particular a ski or snowboard, with at least one interface element connected to the sliding board body, in particular a rail or guide element for the arrangement of binding elements on the upper side of the sliding board. A cradle or cassette () is integrated in the body of the sliding board, to which interface element(s) (') is(are) fixed, whereby the cradle or cassette () and preferably also the interface element(s) (&#x2032;) is(are) connected to further sliding board components with foam or preferably with a foamed core ().

Sliding board in particular ski or a snowboard and a method for production thereof

A sliding board, particularly a ski, comprising a sliding surface, an upper shell, a core, optional steel edges, an upper belt and a lower belt, and comprising at least one interface element, which is joined by means of at least one anchoring element to the sliding board body and which is provided for mounting at least one binding element on the top surface of the sliding board. The anchoring element sits inside a holding location, which is provided or made in the core and when the anchoring element is already inserted has been fixed in the holding location by foaming during the production of the sliding board.

Sliding board, particularly a ski, and a method for the production thereof

The invention relates to a sliding board, in particular a ski (), with a running surface (), steel edges(), an upper shell (), a core (), and also with at least one interface element connected to the sliding board body by means of at least two anchoring elements (), for example a guide element profiled in rail-like fashion, for arranging a binding element on the upper side of the sliding board, the anchoring elements () comprising anchoring parts ('&#x2033;) which have been foamed in during manufacture of the sliding board. In order to improve the integration of the anchoring elements () retained in the core () by hardening foam, the anchoring parts (&#x2032;&#x2033;) of the anchoring elements (), which parts are retained in the foam, comprise portions or elements through which and/or, in relation to the upper side of the sliding board, over which the still liquid foam has flowed.

Sliding board, in particular ski

A roller construction for use on the lever arms of a front jaw of a ski binding. The rollers have a central opening therethrough which has a radially enlarging characteristic from the midlength portion thereof toward the axial end thereof. That is, the diameter of the opening adjacent the axial ends is greater than the diameter of the opening at the midlength portion thereof. The interior surface of the opening at the midlength portion thereof is rounded at a radius which is substantially greater than the diameter of the roller. The interior diameter of the roller at the midlength portion is generally equal to or preferably slightly larger than the diameter of the axle received in the opening. The contour of the wall of the opening facilitates a rocking or tilting of the roller relative to the axis of the axle. As a result, the roller can assume a tilted position relative to the axis of the axle as the ski boot sole shifts its position relative to the ski binding. Thus, the release of the ski boot from the ski binding is not hindered in any way.
