A receiving structure providing real-time information as to the materials constituting its contents includes a box body, a first side plate, and a second side plate. The box body, the first side plate, and the second side plate forming a receiving space, and the receiving space receives materials. A discharge port is formed between the second side plate and the first side plate, the discharge port is in communication with the receiving space, and the discharge port is configured to take out the material. A material checking unit is provided on the first side plate, the material checking unit detects and enables real time identification of the materials in the receiving structure.

If the information has not been verified, it is determined whether a tray supporting the newly loaded materials has been switched from use in producing a first product to use in producing a second product. The method includes receiving a battery exchange request from the work machine, calculating a synchronization location and a synchronization time of the work machine and the battery exchange device, generating pre-judgment information, sending the pre judgment information and a synchronization command to the battery exchange device to control the battery exchange device to move toward the work machine according to the pre-judgment information and the synchronization command, continually receiving the first status information from the work machine and second status information from the battery exchange device, determining whether synchronization of the work machine and the battery exchange device is complete, and sending a battery exchange command to the battery exchange device to control the battery exchange device to exchange the battery of the work machine.

A transparent display device includes a flexible circuit board, a plurality of lamps, and a plurality of IC components. The flexible circuit board includes lamp fixing portions, a first bending portion, and second bending portions. The lamp fixing portions are spaced apart from each other and arranged in X-axis columns. Each lamp fixing portion extends as a strip along a Y axis. The X axis is perpendicular to the Y axis. Each lamp fixing portion includes an X-axis end edge and a Y-axis side edge. The first bending portion is bent from the end edge of each lamp fixing portion. Each second bending portion is bent from the side edge of one lamp fixing portion.

An electric vehicle automatic charging system includes an electric vehicle including a receiving cavity with an opening and a shutter for closing the opening, a battery assembly receiving in the receiving cavity and a charging device. The battery assembly includes a battery pack including an electrode connecting member and a movable bracket including a magnetic member. The charging device includes a support table, a support plate, an electromagnetic fitting member being capable of generating a magnetic force for attracting the magnetic member, and a charger. When the shutter comes into contact with the support plate, the shutter changes from a closed state to an open state, the movable bracket drives the battery pack to move away from the receiving cavity along the support plate by the magnetic force until the electrode connecting member is electrically connected to the charger. An electric vehicle automatic charging method is also provided.

A flatness sensing device includes a pressure sensing unit and a controller. The pressure sensing unit includes a plate portion, and a pressure sensor fixed and exposed at an edge of the plate portion. A sensing surface of the pressure sensor is flush with the bottom surface of the plate portion. The pressure sensor senses a pressure or lack of pressure of an object to be tested when it touches the object to be tested. The controller receives the pressure value output from the pressure sensor and determines a flatness of the object to be tested, the controller can issue an alarm on finding non-flatness and cause the degree of flatness to be displayed to a user.

A device to sense degree of twist in a screwdriver and the magnitude of force applied includes a contacting portion, a deformation portion, a sensing portion, and a processor. The contacting portion receives a grip and twist pressure through the deformation portion which is tiltedly fixed to the contacting portion. The deformation portion carries the sensing portion and elastically deforms under the force and/or the torsion. The sensing portion detects a deformation of the deformation portion and generates a corresponding electrical signal. The processor receives the signal and determines the values of the twist caused and the force applied.

A speed reducer includes an input shaft, an output shaft, and a gear assembly coupled to the input shaft. The gear assembly includes a housing, an external gear, and at least two internal gears. The external gear is located within the housing and inscribes the at least two internal gears. One side of the at least two internal gears is rotatably coupled to the input shaft, and another side of the at least two internal gears is coupled to a connecting column of the output shaft. The at least two internal gears are offset on the input shaft, and the input shaft drives the at least two internal gears to maintain engagement with the external gear. The connecting column maintains transmission of the output shaft and the at least two internal gears.

A method for checking the proper dispensation of glue onto a circuit board in manufacture includes the use of fluorescent materials in such glue, activating a light source to illuminate a circuit board when the circuit board is placed on an electronic device, and controlling an image capturing device to capture an image of the circuit board. The image captured by the capturing device is compared with a standard stored image of the circuit board, and a determination is made as to whether the circuit board passes test according to the comparison.

Electronic device and method for checking dispensing of glue in relation to circuit board

A stub plucking device includes a transfer mechanism, a grasping mechanism, and a sensing mechanism. The grasping mechanism is driven by the transfer mechanism to move toward or away from a reel. The grasping mechanism includes a connector mounting a movable clasp, a fixed clasp, and a grasping driving member. The grasping driving member drives the movable clasp to move toward the fixed clasp to grasp an end stub of the reel. The sensing mechanism senses whether a contact force between the fixed clasp and the reel has reached a predetermined force. When the sensing mechanism senses that the contact force between the fixed clasp and the reel has reached the predetermined force, the transfer mechanism drives the grasping mechanism to move a predetermined distance away from the reel.

An unpowered stop mechanism includes a mounting seat, a driving member, and a stop assembly. The stop assembly is located on the mounting seat and oppositely positioned to the driving member. The stop assembly includes a guide member, a stop member, and a hinge arm. The stop member is received within a guide slot defined in the guide member. The hinge arm is pivotably coupled to the guide member. The hinge arm protrudes from the guide member and is oppositely positioned to the driving member. The driving member drives the hinge arm to drive the stop member to retract within the guide slot. Then the driving member is moved to be spaced from the hinge arm, the stop member is driven by a resilient member received within the guide slot to protrude out of the guide slot.
