A support device adjustable by an electric motor for supporting a mattress of a bed. The support device is flat and supports the mattress on the bed. The support device has a base part and a support part which is connected to the base part, so as to be pivotable about a support part pivot axis. There is an electric motor drive unit which is in operative connection with the base part and the support part for the pivoting adjustment of the support part relative to the base part. A stand-up lever arrangement is arranged in a drive train between the drive unit and the support part.

Support device adjustable by an electric motor

An electric motor adjustable support device for supporting padding of seating and/or lounging furniture. In particular, padding of seating and/or lounging furniture, such as the mattress of a bed. The support device has a base part and a support part that is connected to the base part, so as to be swivelable about a first swivel axis. In the region of the first swivel axis, at least one first wedge-like lifting guide element is situated at the base part. Further, at least one second wedge-like lifting guide element, opposite from the first wedge-like lifting guide element, is situated at the support part.

Electric motor adjustable support device

A support apparatus for supporting padding of seating and/or lounging furniture that has a base body with spring elements for flat support of the padding and a loading/relief apparatus for achieving pressure loading or relief on the padding. The loading/relief apparatus acts on a spring element to achieve pressure loading or relief. The loading/relief apparatus has an electric motor in operative connection with at least one pressure element by which a pressure force is exerted or exertable on a spring element to achieve pressure loading or relief. The loading/relief apparatus has a first carriage in drive connection with an electric motor and is translationally movable in the longitudinal direction of the support apparatus. The first carriage bears at least one arm whose free end carries the pressure element for load/relief of the spring elements.

Support apparatus

An electric motor driven adjustable mattress has a shared casing in which at least one flat cushion element of a cushion structure and an electric motor driven adjustable support apparatus for supporting the cushion element are accommodated. The support apparatus has two support parts that are adjustable relative to one another, and that on their sides facing the cushion element are provided with spring elements for elastically resiliently supporting the cushion element. For adjusting the support parts relative to one another, an electric motor driven drive apparatus is accommodated in the shared casing.

Electric motor driven adjustable mattress

Electric motor driven adjustable mattress has a shared casing accommodating a flat cushion element of a cushion structure and an electric motor driven adjustable support apparatus for supporting cushion element. Support apparatus has two support parts adjustable relative to one another, and on their sides facing cushion element are provided with spring elements elastically resiliently supporting cushion element. For adjusting the support parts, an electric motor driven drive apparatus is in shared casing. In each case two support parts of support apparatus adjustable relative to one another are connected via a pivot axis. Support apparatus has two bending and folding axes spaced apart from along longitudinal direction of support apparatus and situated so that for folding mattress, support parts together with cushion element on it may be folded together; in folded state extension of the mattress in its longitudinal direction is smaller than in the unfolded state.

An electric motor driven adjustable mattress has a shared casing in which a flat cushion element of a cushion structure and an electric motor driven adjustable support apparatus for supporting the cushion element are accommodated. The support apparatus has two or more support parts that are adjustable relative to one another, and that on their sides facing the cushion element are provided with spring elements for elastically resiliently supporting the cushion element. The support part, in addition to the spring elements situated on the side facing the cushion element, is also provided with further spring elements on the side facing away from the cushion element, so that the support apparatus is provided at least in sections, with spring elements on both sides along its longitudinal extension.

An adjustable support device adjustable by an electric motor, for supporting padding of seating or reclining furniture has an outer frame and a base body having at least two support parts. The two support parts are adjustable relative to one another. An adjustment element, which is in drive connection with a drive unit, is associated with at least one of the adjustable support parts. The adjustment element is a pivot lever which is pivotable under the traction effect of a pull cable of a Bowden cable, and the pivot lever is pivotably connected to the associated support part, and is supported on a support situated on the outer frame. Or the pivot lever is pivotably connected to the outer frame, and with its free end forms a support for the support part to be adjusted.

Adjustable support device adjustable by an electric motor

Electric motor furniture drive for adjusting parts of a piece of furniture relative to one another has a drive unit which has at least one electric motor and is in drive connection with at least one tensioning unit. Furniture drive has a base body which is preferably configured as a housing and is accommodated in or on the tensioning unit. At least two Bowden cables are operatively associated with each tensioning unit, traction cables of Bowden cables being in operative connection with associated tensioning unit. Traction cables are guided or guidable to tensioning unit(s) through at least one recess in the housing. The sheathings of the Bowden cables are fixed or fixable to the base body.

Adjustment element is in drive connection with an electric motor of a drive unit. The adjustment element is a pivot lever which is pivotable under the traction effect of a pull cable of a Bowden cable, and is configured and connected with the pull cable in such a way that the lever arm which is operative for adjusting the support part lengthens during an adjustment from an unadjusted starting position into a maximally adjusted end position of the adjustment movement.

Electromotively adjustable support apparatus, such as a support device adjustable by an electric motor

Support device, which is adjustable by an electric motor, for cushioning of a piece of furniture for sitting and/or lying on has a first support part, and a second support part pivotable about a pivot axis, between which a third support part is provided. Support device has an electric motor drive which has an adjusting element connected in a force-transmitting manner to the second support part by an actuating element for pivoting second support part. Actuating element has a rod-like configuration, by which the adjusting element is guided in a linearly displaceable manner in guide formed on third support part. Actuating element engages with second support part for pivoting the second support part eccentrically relative to pivot axis.

Support device which is adjustable by an electric motor

Support device, adjustable by electric motor, for supporting cushioning of a piece of furniture for sitting or lying on, in particular a bed mattress, has base body with first adjustable support part, in particular pivotable, relative to second support part. Electric motor adjusting device adjusts first support part, and has first and second adjusting unit provided on opposite longitudinal sides of base body. Rotationally supported component of first adjusting unit is connected, rotationally fixed, to similar component of second adjusting unit by a connecting shaft, and axial ends of connecting shaft engage in recesses in rotatably supported components. Connecting shaft is axially movable between a first position in which rotatably supported components are connected rotationally fixedly by connecting shaft, and a second position in which one end of the connecting shaft is released from recess, and connecting shaft is pretensioned in first position by a spring.
