A crane includes a crane pillar supported rotatably about an axis, and a radial bearing for supporting the rotatable crane pillar in a crane base. The radial bearing is lower in an installation position of the crane pillar, and an upper radial bearing likewise supports the crane pillar in the crane base. The upper radial bearing is spaced apart at a distance from the lower radial bearing along the axis. At least one chamber can be filled with oil and is provided for lubricating the upper radial bearing. A drive unit is provided for the crane pillar, and the drive unit drives the crane pillar between the upper radial bearing and the lower radial bearing. A driven region on the crane pillar is lubricated with oil by the chamber that can be filled with oil.

Crane

A crane controller for a crane includes: a sliding position sensor for sensing a sliding position of a crane sliding arm, and a memory for storing entries for limit values for an operating parameter of the crane characteristic of the instantaneous crane load. Entries for maximum permissible limit values are stored in the memory for at least two sliding positions of the crane sliding arm. The crane controller also has an overload monitoring means, and a limit value for at least one operating parameter of the crane can be specified by the overload monitoring means of the crane controller. The limit value is specified by the overload monitoring means based on the stored entries according to the sliding position of the crane sliding arm. A limit value between the stored entries with respect to magnitude can be specified for a further sliding position between the stored sliding positions of the crane sliding arm.

Crane controller

The invention relates to a hydraulically telescopic support device for a vehicle, in particular for a mobile loading crane, comprising a hydraulically movable piston-cylinder unit for extending and retracting the support device and a hydraulic system comprising a first hydraulic circuit for moving the piston-cylinder unit and a hydraulic force measuring device for determining a supporting force which acts on the support device, wherein the hydraulic force measuring device has a dedicated second hydraulic circuit that is independent from the first hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic system, at least during the determination of the supporting force.

Support device for a vehicle

The invention relates to a crane socket for a loading crane, including a base part which has a bearing region for bearing the rotatable part of a loading crane, at least one support part which is used to additionally support the crane socket on a substructure, and a joint which connects the base part to the at least one support part. The joint is a torsionally flexible support, in which a first end of the support is connected to the base part, and a second end of the support is connected to the at least one support part.

A hydraulically actuatable jib for a loading crane includes at least two jib extensions, the first jib extension being designed as an outer jib extension and the second jib extension being designed as an inner jib extension. At least two feed cylinders extend and react the at least two jib extensions. A hydraulic circuit for a working fluid includes a retraction line for retracting the feed cylinders in a pressurized manner, and the retraction line opens into the feed cylinder of the outer jib extension. A tank is provided for releasing the working fluid, and a control valve can be switched into an open position when the outer jib extension reaches a defined retraction position, particularly when the outer jib extension is substantially fully retracted. The valve thereby supplies the feed cylinder of the inner jib extension with pressurized working fluid.

Loading crane jib

A crane includes a crane pillar rotatably mounted about a vertical axis, at least one jib, connected to the crane pillar and pivotally mounted about a horizontal axis, at least one jib extension movably mounted in the jib, and at least one piston-cylinder unit for extending and retracting the jib extension relative to the jib. The first end of the piston-cylinder unit engages the jib via at least one first force-introducing region, and the second end engages the at least one jib extension via at least one second force-introducing region. The piston-cylinder unit has a central plane parallel to the horizontal axis about which the jib is pivotally mounted, and the piston-cylinder unit has a compressive deformation perpendicular to the central plane in a pressure-loaded state while the jib is being extended and a tensile deformation opposite the compressive deformation in a tension-loaded state while the jib is being retracted.

Crane, in particular loading crane for a vehicle

A mobile crane has at least two crane booms which are connected together by a joint such that the angular position with respect to each other can be adjusted. At least one hose between the crane booms, and the hose is exposed in the region of the joint in at least one angular position of the crane booms. At least one flexurally elastic sheet is connected with the at least one hose or covers it at least in the exposed region and can flex when the angular position of the at least two crane booms is changed. The at least one flexurally elastic sheet can be moved into or respectively out of one of the crane booms upon a change in the angular position of the crane booms.

Mobile crane with hose guide

An arrangement includes a winch that is preferably used for hoisting loads as well as an adjusting mechanism for the winch. In the assembled state, the winch is mounted on a crane boom so as to be movable by a limited degree between an operating position and a transported position by means of the adjusting mechanism. The adjusting mechanism is equipped with at least one linear drive unit which cooperates with a lever gear to adjust the winch.

The invention relates to a crane jib for a crane, having a longitudinal axis and an imaginary contour line that extends in a transversal plane relative to an axis of symmetry in an at least approximately mirror-symmetric manner. The contour line has an at least approximately arcuate section between a center that is equally interspaced from the first and second point of intersection on the axis of symmetry and the first point of intersection, and a first straight section is tangentially contiguous thereto in the direction of the second point of intersection. The imaginary extension of the first straight section in the direction of the second point of intersection intersects the axis of symmetry and forms an acute angle therewith. A second straight section is tangentially contiguous to the approximately arcuate section in the direction of the first point of intersection and extends up to the axis of symmetry and forms an angle of less than 90 degrees with the axis of symmetry in the first point of intersection in the interior of the surface enclosed by the contour line.

Profile shape for a crane boom

A crane has at least one telescopic crane arm with at least two sliding arms that are moveable against each other. At least one gliding element, which is housed in a frame in a detached and unfastened manner, is arranged between the sliding arms. The gliding element has a separate spring element projecting from the gliding surface of the gliding element.

A multistage telescopic boom or jib, in particular for a loading crane on a truck, has hydraulic units each including a piston and a cylinder arranged between the successive, telescopically nested arms. A pipe projects axially from the bottom of the cylinder into the chamber of the cylinder, sealingly extending into the hollow piston rod when the piston is retracted and sealing the chamber of the cylinder from an inner chamber of the hollow piston rod. In order to ensure an automatic extension sequence of the telescopic arms, the inner chamber of each hollow piston rod is linked to the cylinder chamber of the next outer hydraulic unit by a preferably rigid line, and the inner chamber of each hollow piston rod communicates with the cylinder chamber of the same hydraulic unit when the piston is fully extended.
