In an operating table with a support column (2) and a patient support surface means (14) removably mounted on the support surface, which patient support surface means includes a base section (16) releasably connectable with the support column (12) and at least one further support surface section (18) pivotally connected therewith, and having a drive mechanism for adjusting the further support surface section (18) relative to the base section (16), the drive mechanism being an electric motor drive unit (34, 44, 46) on the patient support surface means (14).

An operating table with a support column (12) and a patient support surface means (14) removably mounted on the column, which patient support means includes a base section (16) releasably connectable with the support column (12) and at least one further support surface providing section (18, 20) pivotally connected with the base section (16), which further section is pivotally movable by means of a drive mechanism relative to the base section (16), the operating table being so designed that the drive mechanism has at least one pressure medium actuatable positioning cylinder (26) and that a pressure medium pump (30) for actuating the positioning cylinder (26) is arranged on the patient support surface means (14).

A transport carriage for the operating table platform of an operatng table with a liftable operating table platform, with at least two transport rolls of the transport carriage being supported on their axes for slidable movement in the axial direction.

Transport carriage for operating table platforms

A mobile patient support system includes a table plate, a support column for supporting the table plate and a transport carriage for transporting the table plate. Two pin-shaped connecting elements arranged on the table plate are receivable in complementary pin receivers of the support column for connection therewith. The table plate is transferrable by relative motion between the transport carriage and the support column from the support column to the transport carriage and the reverse. The table plate and the support column on one hand are provided with latching means and the table plate and the support column on the other hand are likewise supplied with latching means for exchangeable engagement with one another. On each connecting element are at least two latching members supported for movement between a latching position and a free position, and during the transfer process they are simultaneously insertable in a pin receiver of the column and a pin receiver of the transfer carriage. In each pin receiver is a latching recess for receiving one of the latching members in its latching position and a control surface arranged for association with the other latching element which control surface upon insertion of the connecting element transfers the latter latching member to its free position.

Mobile patient support system

An apparatus for moving persons, including a support structure (18, 20) a horizontally sliding stage (26) attached to it with a support surface (30), girdled by a continuous upper conveyor belt (36), moveable in parallel to the sliding direction of the stage (26) and with a belt guide for a lower belt (60), set parallel to the conveyor belt (36), where one of the belts (36, 60) can be driven by means of a belt drive, as well as a sliding drive for the stage (26). Here, the lower finite belt (60) is attached at both ends (68, 70) to the support structure (18, 20) and, within the range of the free stage edges, that are perpendicular to the sliding direction of the stage (26), it is guided over a bar (58) that is set parallel to them and connected to the support surface (30). Along part of its course, the lower part (40) of the conveyor belt (36) loops around a drive shaft ( 44) of the belt drive built into the support structure (18, 20).

Apparatus for moving objects or persons

An operating table includes a support surface with several support surface sections hydraulically adjustable relative to one another, a support column for the support surface with a column head (16) on which head the support surface is supported for pivotal movement and hydraulic adjustment and with a column foot (14) which is connected with the column head (16) through a hydraulic lifting apparatus (18), and a hydraulic unit (24) for operating the lifting apparatus and the work cylinders for adjusting the support surface sections. The hydraulic unit (24) is arranged on the column head (16). The lifting apparatus (18) includes two antiparallel lifting cylinders (26, 28) arranged next to one another and connected in parallel with one another having similar interior cross sections, the piston rod (30) of one cylinder being connected with the column head (16) and the piston rod (32) of the other cylinder being connected with the column foot (14). The pressure fluid supply and exhaust for the lifting apparatus (18) takes place through the piston rod (30 ) connected with the column head (16).

Operating table

An operating table for operations on extended extremities of patients includes a frame 10, a support plate 18 and a counterbar 32 at one end of the support plate 18 for propping the patient. Two vertical receiving openings 64, in which the counterbar 32 can be selectively inserted, are arranged outwardly from the longitudinal middle plane of the support plate 18, whereby the operation field is increased for better transmission of X-rays and whereby the counterbar 32 may also be used as a groin support for a patient lying on his side. The vertical receiving openings 64 are formed in an adaptor 84 which also similarly has transversely directed receiving openings 92,94 for supplemental devices laterally attached to the end of the support plate 18 and longitudinally directed receiving openings 104,106 for supplemental plates which effect a lengthening of the support plate 18.
